Good question! Google Analytics released a new update (GA-4) and there are changes to the reporting dashboard. It's worth studying the differences between the old & new version and getting familiar with it. I haven't used AI yet for marketing analytics so can't speak on that. But it does help once you export data and want to analyze it ;)

Yea but you can't even edit anything in the demo account
You can learn a lot in view-only mode too. The purpose is to learn how to use the tool, read and understand different reports you can create with GA and make sense of the numbers you see. More than enough to practice and learn if you ask me.
