God, I love this game. Especially its soundtrack. And this cover rocks! The song was badass all the way through, but the sudden switch to synth at 2:38 was particularly satisfying. Badass ending to a badass cover.

OH MY I DID NOT EXPECT THIS WOOOOO but honestly, on your first visit to the ZX-series (Trap phantasm), I was quite interested in the game so I looked into it, watched it on UA-cam, played the linked Zero series eventually (illegally on emulator, whoops), first games like this I had actually beaten (so big impact), and later bought both Zero and ZX legit when it came out for the switch. I can't understate how much these games have had a positive impact on me, and it started with you and an excellent remix. Thank you and I do hope you keep revisiting it in the future (Soul Ablaze in ZXA is a good next song ;) )

The best part is that the characters who do the magical girl transformation in this cutscene are actually among the few _human_ characters in the series! Though if you're playing as Grey, it's your own robot doing it. :p

He also made a HD version of that video 3 years ago, and to me, *THAT* is the definitive experience of ZX Advent. Why fight one member of the legendary duo, when you can fight both of them at once?
