A small mistake at the end. "危机" is the right character but means crisis. "风险" means risk but literally means "wind" and "danger".

Yeah, @Shen Keyile.....he could've used ”危机“...were "危" comes from "危险" which translates to "danger" and ”机“ comes from ”机会“ which translates to "opportunity"

despite a bankruptcy code in India the defaulted companies end up paying 6% of debt. Its better for creditors to classify that as bad loans vs running behind the defaulters and pay the lawyer.
