I can see why people love Spinel so much. Many people have been abandoned by a loved one, and ended up hurting other’s, because they felt like if they weren’t allowed to be happy, then nobody was, so a lot of people see themselves in Spinel. I remember there was so much, Spinel fan art that was made, after the movie came out, and how much time was put into them. Spinel is probably one of the most relatable, and inspirational characters in media, and I completely understand why. Great animatic btw!

I don't know if you guys realized this, but if not for Steven, Spinel would've become a monster, literally, she would've been corrupted by her anger and become a gem monster. So she needed Steven to change her before it was too late.
