Hey, Mark! I just wanna say that bass is absolutely beautiful, I actually just bought a second hand Epiphone Thunderbird, because I absolutely love the way they play and sound. My birthday is tomorrow, and I was wondering if y'all could do a Firebird on Saturday for me or something! Tall order, but that'd be awesome to see. I love tuning in for Guitar of the day, I've learned a lot of cool stuff because of it.

Yet no Rippers, Grabbers, Victorys, Les Paul basses or V basses.
I could be wrong but I could swear I saw him do an LP bass. I'm not digging through all those videos to be sure though.
I looked through all of the back episodes before I left the comment and didn't see any. He recently did an EB-2, which looks kind of like a 335, that might be the one you're thinking of.

beck smith and the Thunderbird 4 has 2 pickups not 2? Anyway great bass, in over 40 years I have only seen 2, the new Epiphones don't count.
I've owned two Thunderbird IVs, an '87 Nashville Custom Shop and a '91 that was thrashed when I got it. .

Some of the do this, do that comments crack me up. He has to have something in stock in order to demo it. It's as bad as people yelling for "Freebird", not all of us play it.
