IG vs Orks, my favorite matchup!
Windows XP was the operating system when DoW and most of its expansions came out, with Vista just starting to replace it when Soulstorm hit the scene. Vista was generally disliked back in the day, though people seem to regard it more charitably now in hindsight.

Like what RandomMate said, probably Eldar are on the top as they don't really have a bad matchup. But they do require a fair bit of micro and are pretty fragile. I'm planning on doing a video on strong factions for the 3rd year anniversary of the channel sometime in January so I'll deffo answer this in more detail soon!
