Exactly, good isn't good enough against Gohan, *especially* type disadvantage. Godku was a long anticipated unit, and I don't think his kit is bad or even mid by any means, but idk, something like around the level of Ultra UI would be good enough.
I would've never guessed Gohan would be at the top :/
I am happy the zenkais have been really good this anni. I missed using Zamasu and Broly
I was literally foaming at the mouth for the CMZ zenkai for the LONGEST. He was my first LF 14 star and then I maxed arts boosted him waiting for his zenkai. He's an absolute unit!

You can still use them. Just because they're not top 10 units does not mean they're not usable, use whoever you want. I use them with the green broly on powerful opponent and it's pretty good

Green Kid Gohan deserves C tier and should have made at least an honorable mention to red beast. He pairs extemely well with UL and Ultimate Gohan, lots of support, team heals, combo extension, blast and strike cover changes, sub count manipulation, unbelievable equips, vanish restoration, blue and green card generation, arts power down, buff and vanish removal. Been playing at BR60+ with these three and it really is Gohan Ball Legends.
I've been maining UL Gohan, Ult Gohan, and red Beast gohan myself and it's ridiculous. I usually like to Main my fusions but Gohan Ball Legends is just too powerful
In future, I'd advise not to try keep it so neat. 3 per tier made the tier list semi flawed in my opinion. (intentional or not idk)
e.g., if all tiers are inter-changeable, with your logic you'd be fine with FGB at the end of the tier and UUI at the top of his tier and that would imply UUI is 4 places ahead of FGB which I think if you ordered it you'd agree is not true.
Just some insight for future reference.
Also, you complained about Blast Break from ULTRA Gohan.
Ironically, FGB has Blast Nullification on his blue cards every time which literally solves your problem.

Ah yes cause you always have a blue card. If he had it on normal strikes then sure, but a blue from him isn’t one-shotting an ultra Gohan unless there is a gigantic star difference.

Unfortunately it doesn’t stop it from being an annoying mechanic, hitting literally anyone else on your team or even hitting FGB pre fusion.

@@LoE_EmperorI mean sure the best of the best are son fam, but God Ki, Majin Buu Saga, Regen, Powerful Op, Movies, GT, Fusion Warrior, Frieza Force to an extent, all are Viable and can get you to the top with enough luck and skill.
@@LoE_EmperorI think by "Diverse" he meant different units. For example, Evil Buu, Beerus, Frieza, Super 17, Broly, Zamasu, Nappa and Vegeta, Pikkon, etc. All of them are viable. So, I don't think he meant TEAM variety, he probably meant UNIT Variety.
I truly respect Goresh for making these Rank videos. Knowing people will have their disagreements and such.

Also, aside from my previous comment, I really like how you decided to do tiers instead of making a straight up top 10, as it allows people to understand what level certain characters are on/being relative to each other, rather than people bickering about “He should be lower” or “he should be higher”

I'm just happy to see a Broly in top 15 units. He's very fun to use imo. Hope they do more Broly units that can be in the meta. Even if they hate that character.
The only way this meta gets disrupted is if the Ultra has non-cancellable endurance null. Everybody might think they want that, but they'll hate it as soon as the celebration ends, thus continuing the endless cycle of giving way too strong solutions to the problems they create
Tbh the Ultra js needs permanent endurance Null and a lock in ult. they could make the rest a luh bit lack luster, but that’s what I really want.
I'm surprised no revival kid gohan zenkai with how much regen has seen a glow up with the zenkai kid buu and zamasu. 40% damage and just providing decent disrupt on cover and revive bring immense value. Regen is real

I think we can say that theres just a ton of good characters in the meta right now. The variety hasnt been this big in a long time
A way they couldve fixed Gogeta blue is give him the vegetio blue mechanic where for every strike used he drew a strike card and recovered 10 ki on strike hit. Boom instantly 10x better
I can't lie, of all the flaws Gogeta has, I've never found this to be one of em
I feel the evil kid buu sparking could get onto this list when I've tried him out he's been amazing for me
There actually is a glue character for rev vegeta, you can do a team with him, kid buu, and rev kid gohan, don't forget that gohan gives a 40% damage buff to regen and sayian saga.
Godku needs a buff. Maybe not a balance change buff but a unique equipment is definitely needed period.
Gofrieza was in the SAME spot, they weren't trash but they were in the B teir as a anniversary LF that's a huge no no.
He definitely need the buff
Difference is that the Goku/Frieza unit was the PART 1 HEADLINER. The only banner to release in Part 1 of the 5th anni. People needed a strong character and they weren't good enough. They couldn't just say "oh go summon on Vegito if you want a dominant character" because there were no other banners. Their hand was forced.
@@SubstituteKurosaki06 ik the difference between the two. However they still buffed a anniversary LF and whether they like it or not the next time they dropped a B sub class anniversary LF regardless of context people will call for a buff now that they demonstrated their ability to do so

I don’t really think he needs a buff, gofrieza was borderline unusable pre-buff because of defense glitches and Goku quite literally be a year one sparking unit, godku is usable and pretty solid only problem is that it’s gohans game.
53:06 in this meta, before janemba and pikkon, not only gf could counter his gauge, but Path To Power Goku too. When he uses rr, he gain a uncancable cover change nullification for 3 counts, just against to gf.
Nappa/vegeta works really well with 17 on po and now with zenkai buu, all three are great together
Surprised any of the 1% sparkings arent here mainly shin or evil buu and would definetly put gogeta in S since he is THE anti hybrids unit right now and actualy gained value. Actualy im brave enough to say he is better than ui. His lock in did lost some value because due to new fusions having disrupt which lowers its power quite a bit. So you are better doing consistent combos with gogeta rather than finding that one perfect scenario where ui can kill
Also forgot to add. What the hell is gt goku doing here? His "tanking" era is over. Now he is just a punching bag. Rest i agree.

I agree with the 1% sparkings. I've had so many matches where broly just goes on a rampage 💀I understand goresh is looking at this from a perspective of God rank and higher ranks of PVP but these other units are definitely underrated
Shin deserves a spot but otherwise theyre all pretty useless
@@johncoolman destroying green cards is really clutch against ultra gohan, stacking impact resistance as well because a lot of the times you can eat his blue for less than 30% of your health. Also gogeta is current tankiest unit in the game. Also aoe immunity is nice as well. A lot of the times you are actualy better chaining those 5 strikes with gogeta than do a combo with ui
the only counter for all the unique gauge characters is a UL with a mechanic that can decrease the unique gauge fill up rate or punishes every time for filling up the unique gauge
Gogetas assault chain should lock in that would be very powerful.
Too good, locking with strikes means you can lock basically anytime.

@@nimrodshachar2773 no I’m pretty sure you have to build up to it with his gauge and even that ultra gohan literally eats chain assault so lock it doesnt scare me but other unit maybe and in this day and age you need something to scare other players
@@allroundgamerog6885 gauge just draws a card, then refreshes after using another card and gives him type neutral, chain assault is just for chaining strikes after strikes/blasts with no time in between, the gauge has no effect on how chain assault works
Will ultimate gohan drop very badly after featured boost because when I read his kit his defensive ability is almost non existent

Brothers, I’ve done it. I’ve gotten all the 6th anniversary LF’s. Finally got Vegito from a 3 pods red skies Broly animation. I can finally relax now that I have them all (including Shin at 7 stars, Broly at 11 stars as well)

I don't remember if it was mentioned in the video, but Ulthan gives allies 25% damage inflicted when the time gauge fills up, along with the heal💀
I like running revival vegeta along with the both fusions because then I can put zenkai sv on the bench for the hp and pur saiyan zenkai buff it’s a pretty good set up on my own experience.
I like this tier list instead of top 10.
Ui is definitely top dog. I just really love playing as fusing Gogeta. He’s pretty saucy to me.
What could help gogeta is if he got a buff by the devs adding it to the game or by unique equipment in the future is by giving level 1 card draw speed when assault chain is activated. It would definitely bump him up to s tier

Zenkai'ed corrupted zamasu is the only reason I kept playing while getting shafted by the banners cause he can easily compete with the new characters
Even after I finally managed to pull the new characters, the only character that 100% stayed in every team I tried is zamasu
Got my fusing gb to 11 stars yesterday, truly the time of my life

The unit got so much aura and style. All the meta slaves will just continue being nerds and downplay him

We've never had an AOE green at will however we have had something similar on main being Kyawei. She spawns her ultimate and the vanishing removal green but other than that Godku is the only one
I prefer this format.
One detail about Vegetto he didn't seem to mention is if Gohan isn't already on the field before Vegetto rushes Gohan's debuff actually doesn't activate. I've done it to Gohans and had it happen to me, if Gohan isn't already on the field Vegetto's rush will kill him even if his first life isn't popped.

I agree about the top 3. I would love to run another team, but there’s no point when sv, ultimate gohan and ulthan are so good together. It makes NO sense to run a team with a disadvantage when u could run those 3 and have advantage all the time. Also when one dies, u still have the opportunity to 1v3 with any one of the 2 remaining units. It’s just crazy how they made it work

I've been using the 2 Gohans with UI team for sometime now and it looks really strong! My only gripe is that I have Vegito at 7 stars and he is kinda neglected😢

My argument for the blast armour piercing ability is blast armour is dumb too. It made it so much better run a strike team with blast armour instead.
I am surprised evil buu isn't on here. His defense is actually insane. I think he is a character you think wouldn't be that valuable until you actually use him. If I were to put him in the tier I would say he is A tier

Gohan plain and simple the most broken and frequent unit in PvP directly counters him not to mention godku can be immune to ki reduction there’s just too many ways round his disruption

He covers ultimate gohan biggest weakness which is his bulk. Goresh himself said in the video that the problem with gohan is that he can't really tank super vegito normal combo and I find that evil buu covers that. Put evil buu and ultimate gohan together and you basically can't get rr by super vegito

At the end of the day, they gotta make that moolah. So if the Ultra is SSj4 Goku then Son family stays strong for another 2 seasons but if its SSj4 Gogeta then either fusion or GT tops.
I really think God Goku can carry even better than super Vegito cuz he has alot of ways to restore his vanish the AOE greens that helps u getting priority easily I think these points make him a very good 1V3 character

34:00 the only benefit I see to running Gogeta over UI Goku is you can Zenkai buff him with SS3 Gotenks who is also a health bench for fusions and hybrids. That way, you don’t have to sacrifice a Zenkai buff for a health bench.
There are a lot more. UI doesn’t have a consistent way to kill Ulthan. You would need to pop main and kill with blasts, but no one would leave their Ultimate rat in such a spot. His lock in also doesn’t work because that ult doesn’t nullify endurance. Gogeta on the other hand can tank really well for an offensive unit, can 4 card Gohans 1st life, counters Cryhan, Gay UI Goku and Frieza…..He counters 5 of the top 10 units and only has 1 direct counter. UI doesn’t really counter anyone. Gogeta undeniably better.

No, thank you. Removing offensive continuity is one thing. Not being able to counter an on-boost Ultra with defensive mechanics would literally kill PVP.
I think you forgot another LF in the Top 10, he’s handsome, he can transform, his color is red, he gets an attack buff on saiyans, he is oldest son of King Cold and his name starts with a C
Also me personally, while I think UI is the better unit compared to Gogeta, I prefer running Gogeta due to team building reasons. Gotenks is a great buffer since he gives health zability as well as a zenkai buffer for Gogeta.
However if you have them all 14*, I can see running UI over Gogeta since health isn’t AS needed and Vegito has health buffs at max stars.

The thing with God Goku is that Goresh is making perfect sense, but the game is at a point where it’s a free for all(plus people wait and buy a character just for them to be “good” instead of “GOD GOKU”)

Fusing Vegito is such an amazing character, kit wise he's top 1-2 effortlessly but there's really not much toxicity when facing him. They were in the HQ doing overtime making him

In terms of buffing units like God Goku, it's really not that hard to remedy. Just take their best equipment, and add whatever they are lacking, (i. e. Restores ki by 50 when entering battlefield) and call it a day. You have to have the equivalent of the units best equipment plus their weaknesses addressed to account for the lost equipment slot that the new equipment would fill. Easy peasy.
Yh but that's not good because that means when he starts falling off after the plat it's unrectifiable until a zenkai in like 4 years time. He only needs a few things, a balance change would be sooooo much better.
@@flossyt4985 he's already not that good. A balance change doesn't happen anymore in the game and units are already getting two unique equipments so I don't see your point.

Crazy how gogeta been out for so long and ppl still think his assault chain nerfs his combos. When you have draw speed your max combo is 7 cards on top of that you get more nerfs cuz sidestep and charge step increases combo comp. Gogeta mechanic ignores/greatly reduces combo comp because your chaining cards and he draws 2 additional cards during combos so he has a max of 6 cards without side stepping.
Yeah and now you have no covernull at all while 5 of the top 6 units have strike coverchanges and you 100% know he changed his whole hand to strikes
@@Skyeblu224u are acting as if that guy only draws strikes. He only changes the blasts that he has in his hand to strikes, he can still draw blasts let alone blues and greens.
