Ugh Erica " acting " like she is absolved of Tom's treachery. She cannot be "an erudite" and dummy simultaneously , she knew. Watching Jerry pander to her is yuck.

She did not get convicted of anything. It's her husband who did the crimes and she was not aware of it. It happens all the time where wives are left in the dark but I guess since Erika is famous it means she is not human? No it doesn't.

@@johnpinegar8027 she hasn’t been convicted of anything *yet* but she’s facing trial for what she did to Marco Marco. And no one’s saying she’s not human bc she’s “famous”, but she literally said out of her own mouth she doesn’t give a fuck about anyone but herself and even accused the victims of lying (“we don’t even know if they’re real victims, just bc you say something in a lawsuit doesn’t make it true”), plus she fought to keep the earrings knowing they were paid for with client funds then got on TV and lied about the reason she won her appeal. All of that is pretty inhumane.
@@adriennegrammer she might not have stolen their money directly, but she clearly doesn’t have any qualms about keeping stolen goods since she fought to keep the earrings and attacked anyone who dared to question why she would do something so selfish after finding out the whole time she was with Tom he was funding her lifestyle and career with the victims money.
Tom is guilty not Erica. He set it up leaving her holding the bag. What about the attorney turned judge? Where's her guilt she was in better position than Erica to be aware of corruption. She trusted the wrong man.
