Wait what do you mean by any of this? Like the last time they weren’t a 2-piece, they were a 5-piece, and I’m p sure they were already a 2-piece by the time of their first album.
Seen the body a few times and other bands they had (seige engine and dead times)when they resided in Providence. Awesome to see them still heavy and making music
I’m sure that there are at least a couple inaccuracies here. I can’t remember the names of the first two, but definitely those are from the first album
Personally I dig em, but I see where you’re coming from, it’s definitely an acquired taste. However I like that DSBM stuff too though so I’m kinda biased towards the wailing.
@@zachhighbull2022you know I’ve always been curious, is this a specific style done as a choice, or is it borne out of some necessity i.e. not able to do a more “typical” style without exhausting/hurting oneself after like 5 mins?
I love everything about this band. They are a big influence on my music and guitar tone.
This band transcends heavy music. Love seeing them perform as a straight up doom band again. Hope they never stop.
Great band. I don't listen to a lot of "heavy" music these days, but I like these guys' style.
Cool to see them as a drums/guitar two piece again. Strange seeing him scream into a mic 😂

@@billyalarie929, 1) they often perform with other bands, and 2) Chip often insists on not using a mic.

The first song is Final Word
Not crazy about the "banshee" screams here, ... I'm more a fan of their droning, ambient music. But I "get" it.
