Awesome new grinder. I have the same problem with my cords tangling up.Lol! I always have two grinders on hand. One for cutting metal and one with a flapper disk. Very cool frog. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Mary...I've been collecting scrap for years now, I get it from Scrap yards, auctions, boot sales, charity shops and sometimes people just give it to me.
Thank you for answering! Sorry i have one more question, what type of welder do you use? I have a flux core welder from harbour freight but it doesnt weld silverware or nuts and bolts at all! And i really want to do what you do...thank you

The settings i use vary from each piece i'm welding, i just know my welder so well and know what settings to use by looking at the piece i'm working with. I use gas with my welder. gassless is fine as a starting point but a little messy...thanks again....cheers :)

Thanks Jean Claude, you can pick up a cheap plasma cutter for around £150 on eBay and the consumables are very cheap 👍

I've been going through enough cutoff wheels and flapper discs to have bought several plasma cutters by now..lol. Keep up the awesome work! Enjoy watching your sculptures because I metal sculpt too. However, I can't see these slitting discs taking off as you're tied to only using theirs, which I don't agree with. Still, apart from that - keep up the good work!
Hi there Glenn, thanks for commenting. I understand what your saying , these discs are brand new and only for the Bosch range of grinders, i have always used Bosch as I'm quite hard on grinders and this is the only brand that last's for me. if you've watched my videos in the past you'll see how untidy my bench gets, try and find the chuck spanner amongest that ! Its super quick swapping discs, I'm sold on this one, its the way forward...many thanks again Glenn...cheers :)
Roosterscreations no worries. You have to do what suits you best. You’re a truly skilled artist and know what tools you need. I worry a bit now as I’ve never used the spanner because I just press the lock button and tighten/untighten using the disk, by hand. Never come off but I guess there’s a first time for anything ey 😂. I only make things in spare time but they seem to sell well. Need to do some more with your inspiration. Thanks for your time.
@@Salissbury222 Yeah Glenn thats exactly how i used to remove them,as you can see i'm not the most safety conscious... been doing it for years until a few weeks ago, whilst removing a cutting disk i pressed the power button by accident instead of the lock button, just a brain fart ! cut through my paper thin gloves and gave myself a tiny cut, could quite easily have removed all my fingers.... gave me a wake up call i can tell you !
