"If I had an ordinary mother and an ordinary father, I would have two children now." Malala is an absolute incredible braveheart, but it takes the greatest possible deal of courage to watch your daughter be hospitalised after being shot in the head, to watch her lay in a coma, not knowing if she would ever fully recover, and to let her go, once again, and fight for the same justice that she was (unsuccessfully) silenced for. That entire family is just a blossoming flower of inspiration because they chose not to clip her wings.
That's the problem, the whole story about bin laden being here was bullshit, the fact is hecwas never here and the crappy US media told the biggest lie ever told, if he was killed by those so called us troops, why wasn't a single pic of his dead body was taken as a proof, Anyway i don't expect you westerners to understand this since you're way too blinded by the countless lies your media tells you

+Caesar Vespasian wow, seriously, if any of you don't know anything about islam, then shut the fuck up. we don't say anything about your religion. have a little bit of respect you idiot. malala only fighting for girls rights. she do what she should do. if you have problem with that, then why don't just shut up because no one even care!
+Paul Anderson Hi Paul. I'm an ex-atheist and the Quran has changed my life. I'm also a Pakistani 17 year old girl who goes to school and agrees with everything Malala has to say. Islam promotes education and Women rights. You can learn that by reading it yourself. Thank you

Every one wanting to be Kylie Jenner and other girls who are famous because of thei behind, when we should want/wish to be like Malala. Respect for Malala!
I agree. u shouldn't want to be like someone because of their physical traits or attributes. u should want to be like someone because of what is their heart what they say(personally I think what all Kardashians speak or their actions shows their stupidity) they are not helping the world positively they r only encouraging fakeness, ingenuity but people like malala are fighting real problems facing the world not useless problems like ,"I have a small behind I should take steroids or get silicon thingys inserted in me"
I wholeheartedly agree. I also sometimes wish to be perfect looking like the celebrities when in reality I should strive to become a better person willing to make changes in the society.
Reading the book, I had one thought. How lucky was Malala that she had the unfailing support of her father as she grew up in a middle eastern country? In Europe and the Americas we sometimes take for granted father-daughter relationships. In such a male dominated country--her father is also a hero for encouraging his daughter to be who she was meant to be.
At first, I picked I Am Malala for my semester project because the book won Goodreads Choice Award in Autobiography and Memoir section. But after reading that book, watching her documentary on New York Times and her interviews, reading the Gul Makai stories, I'm so glad that I picked the book. She changed my life, and I feel more grateful because I can go to school without being afraid of getting shot by those extremists. I can't wait to see this documentary!
Andrei Petrosyan I think their point is that we, today, are all caught up with these fictional heros, when they're not the ones that we should be focused on.
'One Child. One Teacher. One book, and one pen can change the world.' This is one of my favourite quotes. She is an EXTRAORDINARY woman, an angel sent by God. Her work isn't done yet, she is still fighting. That's what I love about her. She's the most INSPIRATIONAL, UNSTOPPABLE, SELFLESS person I know 👑 she deserves more than this crown. She deserves the whole world 💖
Here is Malala who has taken a bullet to her forehead and fighting for education rights..brave girl! And then there is me who happens to be only 2 months older than her and is crying within the first 20 seconds of the trailer. Such is a lovely girl! A true inspiration to our generation. Baba bless her!
Thank u so much Malala for being milons of girl's inspiration. What ever you did and will do we all girls are with you. Salute to Malala 🙏🙏🙏 So much love from INDIA 🇮🇳
66 million girls are deprived of education? God damn, that's like 7.7 New York Cities. Imagine that. +TrueEaglesFan Everybody has a right to education. But will they take the time or try to become a scientist or a psychologist to learn the concept behind this or that disease to be able to fix it? Yes, I can agree that there are valid reason kids dislike school. I made kind of a broad statement, lol. I was more trying to refer to youth who don't see the value in having a free education. Without worry of being barred from learning for their gender, or race or whatever. Also our education system needs a hell of a lot of work and improvements and the problems that it does have, contributes to the reasons why some kids don't like going to school. I just hope that people will learn from Malala's story and understand that being able to go to school is a privilege that some people don't have.
@Francesca Buonanno. In Iran, more woman graduate from university than men. Yet Iran practices an extreme version of Islamic law. So how can this be? Resistance to female education has nothing to do with Islam. It’s all about the local culture. For example: Pakistan is neighbours with Iran, and it could be argued that Iranian Islamic philosophy is ten times more extreme than anything the Taliban can come up with. However, Iranian women have the same standard of living as American women. In fact, the ratio of educated women to men, is higher in Iran than it is in any western nation. Meanwhile Iran’s neighbour Pakistan, struggles to enforce female education. Islam is a religion that mainly explores ideas about the after life. It is not a culture. Putting all Islamic countries under the same umbrella is the equivalent of putting all of humanity u der the same umbrella. See how crazy that is?
@Francesca Buonanno. You mean the same civil/human rights that were first pioneered by an Iranian king 2500 years ago? Do some research on the Cyrus cylinder and then comment on the so called ‘backward culture’.
I never cry at movies but this is the only movie ever that made me cry my eyes out, absolutely incredible. What a Brave woman who spoke out against injustice during such oppression. Only very few people could do what she has done

How anyone can say something hateful about this beautiful person is beyond me.Im so proud of Malala , she stands up for basic human rights , she is light in so much darkness . Allah saved her for a reason to carry on with her message of equality for girls to be able to get an education. May Allah always protect her Ameen !!❤️
This is going to sound extremely idiotic but I suddenly wish my future child marries Malala's future child so that my grandchildren can have this amazing human being in their lives. But then again I am very hungry and it's 2 o'clock

This girl is so inspirational to me. Her speeches always give me goosebumps. I stand with her on her beliefs. Everyone deserves the right to education and every woman deserves respect, the right to do, say, feel, think what she wants, dress how she wants, to be free. These extremists who are scared of women and treat them like crap will be defeated one day. i hope that all women are respected, valued, honoured and are seen ad equal by all men one day. Honour your daughters, they are honourable.
I am a girl from Saudi Arabia a highly religious place and i would consider myself a religious person . women or men are never prevented from work or education in fact my parent always told me that school is the most important thing in your life since i can remember my mom an I have a books in our bed side tables that we read each night ! Malala lives in a Muslim country i wonder are they prevented from learning in the name of religion ?? how come? Islam does NOT prevent you at all ! i actually have never heard about that until from Malala my question is for those who actually live there or from there --- TO ALL PEOPLE THAT LABLE MUSLIMS AS TERRORIST THIS QOUT IS FOR YOU Who started the first world war?...Muslims? Who started the second world war?...Muslims? Who sent the nuclear bombs of Hiroshima and Nagasaki?...Muslims? Who killed more than 100 millions of Indians in North America?...Muslims? Who killed more than 50 millions of Indians in south America?...Muslims? Who took about 180 millions of African people as slaves and 88% of them died and was thrown in Atlantic ocean? Did Muslims do it? Who killed about 20 millions of Aborigines in Australia?...Muslims? Who killed thousands of people in Vietnam?...Muslims? NO IT IS NOT And today you can notice that muslims are always the victims when you look at what is happening in Burma (Myanmar), Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Palestine...etc But media ways are controlled by NON MUSLIMS even inside muslims countries that is why they hide all kinds of crimes against muslims such as burning kids alive in Burma and bombing civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan...etc. And they show all crimes done by few muslims even if it was killing an insect.
if im not wrong, i think that the old tradition of girls are not as good as boys to have a chance to learn in those parts of the world. like the olden times, girls were forced to stay home and find a husband at a young age and not have a say in her life.
+NEON Women were not allowed to go to school in Saudi Arabia too, but that was years ago. It has NOTHING to do with Islam, it's all based on their culture and tradition.
Really ...."Malala Yousafzai"......is vry courageous..... She is an inspiration to all those girls who r still struggling for their education......A hugggggeeeeeeeee respect fr her...........Still we need more girls like u....I am one of those ,who got inspire with Ur life struggles...I read Ur book also ...that's why I have quite more knowledge about u and Ur struggle... at the age of 11 she fought for girls right to education. After having suffered an attack on her life by Taliban gunmen in 2012 she has continued her struggle and became a leading advocate for Girls Right...And not only she got "" Sakharov Prize in 2013,United Nations Prize on the field of HuMan Rights in 2013..she also got the prize of YOungest recipient of the NOBEL Prize in 2014.......*****
I don't intend on having children, but if that changed, I would name my daughter Malala. Maybe call her Lala for short? What better person to be named after?
+Rebecca Bratt LOL just for your information, lala means brother in one of the dialects of Pashto which Malala speaks. There is also a famous Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi who is also called "lala", as he is Pathan.
"all islamic states".. This is from a recent article I read. You can google the keywords if you don't believe The United Arab Emirates ranks number one in the world for treating women with respect, according to a major scientific study comparing development and well-being among 132 nations of the world.
***** i think your perception of muslim countries has been widely influenced and distorted by the media. Stop generalising everyone based on a few cases
PHYSICS 61% LOL... Looks like a down to earth kind of movie. Glad it's not them trying to sugar coat everything where she gets perfect A's and blablabla
It is not about her report card. It is about her will to go to school. To be able to learn physics and all other subjects that interest her. Even if she didn't get 100% or A+++ she is more than happy to learn. Her mission is youth's right (boys and girls) to education. She knows if caught, the Taliban will kill her and yet she still brave the odds and go to school. I think we can all learn the true meaning of courage from Malala's story.
Farhan Farabi well Farhan m not supporting this guy, he's a idiot ofcourse. But it looks like Ur from Pakistan and were Malala is fighting for education rights for the same contry , were men's shoot her in her brain. Seems like your country contains such fucking idiots.
I know its not really something that you'd consider for a girl like her, but she got shot in the head and continued her work. Malala is such a badass its hard to comprehend.
Hammad Urrehman How utterly disgusting of you to say that. Did your mother not teach you basic manners. That girl was shot because she was working so hard for girls to have the right of education in the deadly eyes of the taliban. I have read her book and seen all of the hardship she went through and here you are mocking her. I genuinely feel sorry for you.
Hammad Urrehman You obviously do no research before stating anything and when confronted you cower and say random things which you think make you look “hard”. Even if you read her book or saw anything that she did, your skull is too thick for you to understand anything.
Who can tell me the names of other kids shot in the same accident with Malala? I am sure no one can. Great game played with the help of most influential ppl who worked as a catalysts.
+Ahmad Awan who said they are died??I saw them daily dear I am living in the same village for your kind information dont believe the things blindly and dont let the media to manipulate your mind. no where in Pakistan where womens are not allowed to go to school it was just announcement from taliban who were controlling a small part of Swat only for few months. Malala case is a drama her fotos with US high post officers were leaked much before the attack. they succeeded to get the sympathies and made her a celebrity. and I don't know what r their future plans
***** what do you mean its not about politics? Lol the first thing she said was I WANT TO BECOME THE PRIME MINISTER OF MY COUNTRY. Do you really think America & Other countries won't use her as a puppet against her own country. Anyone who doesn't listen to US of Fucking A, they kill him and invade his country. IRAQ, Libya, Afghanistan are the recent examples so I suggest go read some history first, before watching a video on youtube without knowing the meaning and motive behind it.
LOL Malala and I both get awards. She gets a noble peace prize and I get a certificate for attendance, 100% in one term. That’s pretty same wouldn’t you say?
alhamadulillah am a proud pakistani, a girl anda medical graduate...so when people say women are not allowed education in pakistan, makesme feel funny...
No she has not. The truth is that when we (a small minority) of Pakistanis get education, we forget that there are more children outside school in Pakistan than the population of many european counteries combined. We face such problems and its because.of people like us who try to shove them underneath the carpet and try to sugarcoat everything about our country that we haven't addressed these basic issues. She is an amazing young lady who has done more than we keyboard warriors can ever do in our lifetimes.
Wow im 18 and today i realise what we r doing even im doing some social serivices but this is incredible to stand for rights in a country like pakistan hats off she is amazing lots of love from india🙏❤

Malala lives in a Muslim country i wonder are they prevented from learning in the name of religion ?? how come? Islam does NOT prevent you at all !
i actually have never heard about that until from Malala
my question is for those who actually live there or from there
---
TO ALL PEOPLE THAT LABLE MUSLIMS AS TERRORIST
THIS QOUT IS FOR YOU
Who started the first world war?...Muslims?
Who started the second world war?...Muslims?
Who sent the nuclear bombs of Hiroshima and Nagasaki?...Muslims?
Who killed more than 100 millions of Indians in North America?...Muslims?
Who killed more than 50 millions of Indians in south America?...Muslims?
Who took about 180 millions of African people as slaves and 88% of them died and was thrown in Atlantic ocean? Did Muslims do it?
Who killed about 20 millions of Aborigines in Australia?...Muslims?
Who killed thousands of people in Vietnam?...Muslims?
NO IT IS NOT
And today you can notice that muslims are always the victims when you look at what is happening in Burma (Myanmar), Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Palestine...etc
But media ways are controlled by NON MUSLIMS even inside muslims countries that is why they hide all kinds of crimes against muslims such as burning kids alive in Burma and bombing civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan...etc. And they show all crimes done by few muslims even if it was killing an insect.
if im not wrong, i think that the old tradition of girls are not as good as boys to have a chance to learn in those parts of the world. like the olden times, girls were forced to stay home and find a husband at a young age and not have a say in her life.
+NEON it's the taliban that banned girls from studying, not your average islam.
+NEON Women were not allowed to go to school in Saudi Arabia too, but that was years ago. It has NOTHING to do with Islam, it's all based on their culture and tradition.
+soso117 where do you get your info from ? 😂 my grandmother is almost 70 she said she was NEVER not allowed to go to school ❤️
+soso117 where do you get your info from ? 😂 my grandmother is almost 70 she said she was NEVER not allowed to go to school ❤️
We have same hometown... I remembered those days 😢😢... Proud of you malala ❤️
I don't intend on having children, but if that changed, I would name my daughter Malala. Maybe call her Lala for short? What better person to be named after?
*****
Still better than the rep I had ;) LOL!
lala haha ha that's funny
Think against u r just got excited hhhhhhhhh in Arabic means no no
In Arabic It means ' No no' 😂
+Rebecca Bratt LOL just for your information, lala means brother in one of the dialects of Pashto which Malala speaks. There is also a famous Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi who is also called "lala", as he is Pathan.
In Islam, Education is compulsory for all. So I don't know why this is even being associated with the religion
"all islamic states"..
This is from a recent article I read. You can google the keywords if you don't believe
The United Arab Emirates ranks number one in the world for treating women with respect, according to a major scientific study comparing development and well-being among 132 nations of the world.
***** i think your perception of muslim countries has been widely influenced and distorted by the media. Stop generalising everyone based on a few cases
amber M YOU VERY VERY IDIOT AND IGNORANT.
MICHELE IEZZA huh?
MICHELE IEZZA she is right bro
Gave me goosebumps!
adricastro finally! someone who feels the same way while watching this
SAME!!!
adricastro I was freakin shivering like hell
Same Here!
+adricastro Me too )
I am the biggest fan of malalas father...his views brought her here...i loved her book.."iam malala"
I wish you could see the tears of other parents as well. It wasn't only Malala,s parents that cried all night. There are many who cry every night.
"THEY THOUGHT THAT THE BULLET WILL SILENCE US" this give me chills all the time
PHYSICS 61%
LOL...
+Mochaka Boom I think she did get almost all straight A's during her actual exams though.
+Candi Soda She got A's and A* in her GCSE's
This guy must be belongs to an idiot fucking country INDIA. Their behaveness proves what kind of peoples they are.
Farhan Farabi well Farhan m not supporting this guy, he's a idiot ofcourse. But it looks like Ur from Pakistan and were Malala is fighting for education rights for the same contry , were men's shoot her in her brain. Seems like your country contains such fucking idiots.
im just cutting onion here no big deal
+Kate Tran stop cutting them
Stop cutting onion and put chillies in your eyes instead 😄
Katka Tran j
Yeah no big deal
Katka Tran 😂😂ikr
I used to hate school, but after learning about Malala, I'm so very grateful now.
""one child one teacher one book one pen and they can change d world"..this my most fav inspired quotes of u ..
Malala is a huge inspiration to me and I'm soo looking forward to seeing this movie.
tearing up with only the trailer... wow
I know its not really something that you'd consider for a girl like her, but she got shot in the head and continued her work. Malala is such a badass its hard to comprehend.
I read her book on a train ride alone home and cried so much! The hard life they all lived and still strived is what gives hope to this dark world.
When she said "I chose this life and I must continue it"❣️❣️
Malala makes me proud to be a muslim, a pakistani, a feminist!!💝💝
Not disrespecting
Why pakistani (not all ) dont like malala
Waiting for anyone to answer
Such a beautiful, independent and smart woman. All she wanted was girls to go to school.
Hahaha.. it's not a big deal .
I want everyone go to school in every condition. Now Give me noble prize .
Lol. She got noble prize for what ?
Hammad Urrehman
How utterly disgusting of you to say that. Did your mother not teach you basic manners.
That girl was shot because she was working so hard for girls to have the right of education in the deadly eyes of the taliban.
I have read her book and seen all of the hardship she went through and here you are mocking her.
I genuinely feel sorry for you.
Hammad Urrehman
You obviously do no research before stating anything and when confronted you cower and say random things which you think make you look “hard”.
Even if you read her book or saw anything that she did, your skull is too thick for you to understand anything.
Slawanica eer actually so do many other girls she isn’t unique except that she became rich and famous out of it
I love this girl! She's truly an inspiration to all especially to those girls denied of their rights to education or their human rights in general.
Who can tell me the names of other kids shot in the same accident with Malala? I am sure no one can.
Great game played with the help of most influential ppl who worked as a catalysts.
Trust me Bro, she isn't a fucking hero. its just other countries saw her and they will use her against her own country. fucking disgrace.
+BLOOD Brothers absolutely right
+Ahmad Awan who said they are died??I saw them daily dear I am living in the same village for your kind information dont believe the things blindly and dont let the media to manipulate your mind. no where in Pakistan where womens are not allowed to go to school it was just announcement from taliban who were controlling a small part of Swat only for few months.
+Free Palestine exactly...I forgot to mention that...thanks God that still there are ppl who their minds and think.
"I chose this life and now I must continue it." Hope I'll remember this throughout the journey.
Loads of Love and Respect for Malala from India ...A breavheart...We need more like her !! :)
Just thought I'd inform you that she is actually from Pakistan! 😁

Good job
Hatiah Begum its amazing you get certificate
Even i got 64% like Malala❤ in my favourite physics.
A true inspiration! I hope all of her dreams come true.
Destinee M I think her biggest one kinda did
*"One child, one teacher, one book, one pen (and one extraordinary father) they can change the world."
Watched this like 5 times. Obsessed. God bless this wonderful girl, mashallah
alhamadulillah am a proud pakistani, a girl anda medical graduate...so when people say women are not allowed education in pakistan, makesme feel funny...
Yeah u are right.malala hs represented our country in very bad way
No she has not.
Sahar Hayat I am completely agreeing with you.
You are such a lucky girl, Malala. Your family is the most blessful people in all the world ❤️
I am getting goose bumps! the world needs Malala.

If you mean president of the U.S. Then sadly she can't because she was not born in the United States.
Defence Gamer fuck you malala is better than you stupid 😒😒
She should be the PM of Pakistan.
L c if she would be pm of pakistan..... no doubt pakistan become free frm terrorism..
L C err Pakistan is not the paradise you think it is, do your research
If the world would think like her we would live in a better place.
shes not smart on schools subject, but she still fought for it to last, shes really selfless, oh my god shes trully an inspiration I cried watching thisss
It's not easy to fight against the terrorists. She is the gift of God and of course the real super hero
