Corn flour and corn starch is different.... u may find them in indian grocery stores...or almost in any departmentel stores...they are made from corn...

Corn starch is smooth in texture and white in colour like maida flour but corn flour is yellow in colour and coarse textured. Makki ki roti is made from corn flour (yellow In colour).
