Best Homemade Brownies Recipe | Make Fudgy Brownies With Chocolate Ganache at Home! | 生巧布朗尼 | 软心布朗尼

This brownies is super fudgy, moist and chocolatey. They are easy to make and come together in just a few minutes. I make them for my kids and also for their school events. Feel free to double up the recipe and bake them in a 8 inches square pan.
Ingredients for Brownies:
1）All purpose flour - 45g
2）Cocoa powder - 30g
3）Sugar - 75g
4）Powdered sugar - 25g
5）Salt - 1/4 tsp
6）Baking chocolate - 40g
7）Egg - 1
8）Cooking Oil - 60g
9）Water - 1 tbsp
10）Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache:
1）Baking chocolate - 80g
2）Whipping Cream - 65g
3）Butter - 25g

很喜欢的软心巧克力食谱。好吃也容易做，几乎是搅一搅就能成功的甜点。它的内部湿润，巧克力味道浓郁，吃起来带点粘和略带嚼劲。喜欢坚果的可以在布朗尼层加少许杏仁什么的。上层丝滑的生巧让布朗尼的质感加分，不嗜甜的朋友九可以把部分生巧的巧克力用黑巧克力取代。 Enjoy！！
