    I am impressed with your knowledge of Kung Fu, Master. Not often do I find well demonstrated form and further details as to how and why a technique works. Thank you for sharing it, I'll be watching each one from now on! ;)

    I really admire of you showing and teaching not only the techniques of kung fu but also how to prepare the body through body conditioning trainings . A lot of people think they can just do the techniques or the finish products of kung Fu by itself which I see a lot in you tube but also in studios that teach martial arts or kung Fu .

    is kung fu mostly to get stronger including muscles and to learn to fight better later?

    • @pipebomb8562
      @pipebomb8562 7 років тому +5

      goodenergybreak.com In a philosophical point of view Real kung fu is to make peace with yourself , push your limits and to avoid fights . . But to answer your question, yes in kungfu ( shoalin and most styles ) first you learn stances , master your body and then progress to learn on the combat techniques.
