It will lead to the square one problem of who is the leader. Imagine a situation where majority votes for Nota then its a leaderless regime. Also cost of conducting a national reelection would be tedious and costly. As much as I think Nota is an important aspect of election we should move towards the scenario where people don't vote for nota. It should be exercised in a very specific case in local elections when there is an emergency issue.

In our country india, the election commission should introduce "NOTA" option in voting machine's so that we can cast our precious vote and also to bycot the corrupt politician's by using the "NOTA" option in elections. Jai Hind

And even though that amendments would take place , Russia could veto the entry of india in unsc. And china was part of unsc permanent member since 1945.
Politicians really don't seem to get affected by NOTA. Only solution seems to be re-election. Amendments has to be done in constitution for that

As he mentioned in the video, in India NOTA is just symbolic. In upcoming elections, if 9 out of 10 vote for NOTA, the person who receive 1 vote will be elected. NOTA is as good as you go to booth but did not vote. NOTA may lead to hung assembly which is not good for India. So if you don't like one side, vote for other. In the end, his appeal to press NOTA is contradictory because it may help least deserving candidate.
So for the sake of nation, Do Not Press NOTA.
