You need to try Some Cajun Injector, or Tony ChacHere's Creole Injector, or Zatarain's Creole Butter Injector! Tony D's is not very spicy, but Zatarain's can be a bit spicier! My brother-in-law, who passed a few years ago, used to give use the really large Red Fish...in Louisiana they were allowed to keep 1 Red Fish over 28 inches to 32" in Louisiana.. I would fillet them, inject them, and grill them outdoors. It always came out great!

My wife isn't into fishing so much. But she does like riding in the boat on a warm, sunny day. So, I take her trolling. She likes to read a book while relaxing on the boat. Funny part is she sometimes gets upset if the fish are biting to well because it interrupts her book.😅

Great video man I absolutely love eating black drum red drum and freshwater drum/gaspergou I don’t see why people don’t like it think the worms gross them out so much their brains won’t let them like the fish but drum is my absolute favorite fish to eat to me it taste like shrimp or crab or lobster I love the texture and taste thanks for a great video man 👍

Matt, hello. I have watched you LITERALLY for years now. The early beach trips, with you mostly solo from first light, running the beach with several rods to attend to. The Pompano, whiting, red and black drum, plus the cats ( booo ). Right up to your days of tutoring others wanting to fish / learn with you. Trials with fred fhe assassin stealing prepped bait and the odd whiting. Through various types of small 18:03 shark, rays, flounder etc and then....... You're beautiful and talented wife Courtney joining you. Sometimes a little jaded from the early morning starts, wrapped up for the chilly winds onto your lttle star Annalise joining you both too. Her squeeks of excitement adding another level of quality to your reels / footage. She's fascinated more than bored but of course, sometimes fushing isn't unstant fun. ( Just how it goes) Then, with Courtney moving onto testing her strength and fortitude on various bigger shark species, digging into the sand and bracing herself with some fish her own weight and more! ( she's a great asset, both as a supportive wife and comforting friend to you during the dissapointng moments of fish losses, break offs and such.) The family fishing adventures have been great to watch as well. I've been privileged to view something magical, that's how it feels! I will admit to being a little concerned that your business venture would affect your fishing and footage. There were some breaks due to work pressures but you've mastered your battles both with illness and balancing work and pleasure. I am a little jealous of you but THANK YOU for your hard work and commitment to your ' dream '. So .......... I hope to retire to the Philippines with ny beautiful Patti and as a thank you would love to give something back. My dream is to open a recording studio there but to have an open door policy to muso's from around the world that are both friends and just folk of 'quality' I have admiration for. I am a fisherman / angler of 55 years plus and like Courtney a singer too. I used to be a mediocre bass player but gave up and have concentrated since on honing the oldest instrument of all, the human voice. From drums, to trouts (technically they're drums too), most people have no idea what theyve eaten at restaurants lol. Killer vid.
