@WODprep love the vids, do you have any on building up to just a free standing handstand?
Happy to report that I started practicing these last summer-ish and can now basically handstand walk! What do you recommend for practicing using the handstand walk? I've been making little drills for myself, but wondering if you have any other drills or tips besides practicing as often as possible. My goal is to start and stop when I want to-it's lofty, but fun to pursue!
I am too scared to even put my feet up on the wall, I feel like I will end up breaking my neck. Any advice?
@@user-lo1uy9wr7m Try placing a bunch of soft pillows where you want to do a handstand against the wall. If you fall, you will do so safely without breaking your neck. I also started with that to overcome my fear
Don’t do that wall walk away.. that’s how i broke my toe 😢😂 I slammed my foot back into the wall and snap!
Shoes.
Well....... Your not supposed to slam it.😅
