with the longer haul time to do a pre-spark x sneak peek aka vtech turbo upgrade lol. I thought about getting a 3up but got a 2up as wanted for tricks but honestly after riding my brothers couch 2022 gti170 tunned and impeller swapped they are so much more comfortable. Also reverse on a gti170 vs a spark idk how but the spark reverse seems like it was a after thought as it is no where near as precise and or snappy spark feels like you cant control which direction you are going backwards. Hoping the new seadoo spark trixx x takes the best of the spark trixx and a gti170 and combines them faster top speeds more comfortable and have a reverse that actually works
@@WeTryMotorsports i agree $3,575 to add a turbo is alot and ik that these 900 ho engines are used with turbos for other applications but seems like more of a risk then needed also only letting it go 61-63mph. See people claiming with the turbo you can hit 74 on the spark but vtech on their own page for the turbo says 63mph. Honestly a spark haul hitting those speeds on choppy water would be hard to hold on to, i normally cruise doing 40mph on choppy waters and thats abit much on a spark haul gti170 feels like your gliding
Part of the appeal of the spark is the lightweight. I ran mine for two years and 150 hours. But I did get sore on it, not sure if I'll buy another. I am waiting to see the x and the design.
@WeTryMotorsports I bought it used with 20 hours, sold it with 175. The ibr motor failed, had to replace it. 600 bucks and then 700 in labor. My radio mount broke off while riding, radio hit me. I wouldn't have another jetski without an extended warranty.
How would anyone compare this to the Yamaha Jetblaster? Are they a little more sporty to do jumps and stuff?? I rode the Jetblaster and that ski was nice but the seadoo is a little cheaper idk what to get…
I have a few videos on this. the jet blaster is great but NOT the same. very heavy feeling, VTS does not go as high. more reliable and easier on the body in chop though. depends on what you're trying to do
Hey, I just ran into your video. i had a sea-doo gti 130, but unfortunately, it burned down with my truck. Just today, I bought the sea-doo trixd 2 up because it was within my budget. Are there any upgrades you recommend I can do?
man so many, check my old videos. the best is tune and solas 12/15 impeller. check my videos for them, you can use my search in the channel. I go over them in depth. also congrats on the pick! they're great skis
@@kevinayers7144 hmmm, I'd say for "tricks" or hooliganing around sure. maybe just slightly since it's not all that noticeable. the spark pretty much feels like the same ski all around. I wouldn't get a 3 up unless you were going to water ski / wakeboard or have 3 people on board(not recommended lol). the two up is cheaper as well.
totally agree, the seat makes for a perfect nutcracker with more than 1 person. I suppose to water ski, wake board, tube, etc it's "3up" to be technically legal
Lmao that's what lame ass seadoo calls it. In the 80s when that trick was invented it was called a tailstand and still should be call that 😂😂. Seadoo is a terrible brand. They are for noobs like iPhone is for little girls! Mind blowing 😂😂
Am I the only one who died inside when he full throttled at 0hrs 😳
🤣

🔥🔥🔥 I always wanted to do the turbo but couldn't make sense of the price. here's to hoping the spark x is here next year

@@91m exactly, kinda where I was at with it. 150 hours is a lot though. did you have any major issues in that time?

You should probably connect that lanyard to yourself or in the event that you fall off and it leaves you swimming for shore
watch about a minute into the video and I clip it lol, I even mention it. it's before I take off going fast 😅
What shoelace you running?
ocean state job lot. only the best for the best
Is that the old design for the speaker mount? Mine was recalled for adding the front locks.
🤔🤔 don't think so, it has 4 spots to lock down. hopefully not!
Just check and see if yours is redesigned.
It's listed as a recall on seadoos site.
@@91m will do, that's crazy. I would imagine they would have switched it for the 2023 year

Do you think the 2 up machine is more fun?

What’s the difference between a 2up and a 3 up and how do you know which is which
2 up has a shorter seat. 3 up has longer seat and an added platform on the rear. also there's a sticker in the foot well saying 3 seater and 2 seater.
I heard 3 up trixx too long to be played around compared to 2 up trixx? Talking about 2024 model? Thanks for the video, and really help alot.
That ski is absolutely too small for 3 people. Even 2 normal size people would be uncomfortable 😂

Yeah the 2up is really a 1 person ski & the 3up is a 2 person.
why you wouldn't want the speaker my guy? I'll Take it
the price being 700 bucks would be the only reason why I wouldn't want it. after owning it now for over a month I can say it's actually really nice
0 hours, full throttle...😢
i like to live dangerously 🤣. tbh stealerships told me they run the machines for about a half hour, clear the hours and then send them off
Is that 90 hp
yes... for now 🤣
@@WeTryMotorsportsare you going to do upgrades on it or wait for the 2024 ?
