My yearly running is very very less. Sometimes i do not even get time to start my car for 2-3 weeks. I want to purchase Scorpio-N Diesel, Should i consider it? Will i face any issue (Dpf etc) if car is not started for a long time? I won't purchase petrol because of the fuel efficiency.

No it would not be wise to buy diesel vehicle then.If your running is less then buy petrol

@@rlmalhotra okay but petrol gives mileage like 5-7 so totally avoiding petrol

@@Yuvraj_Jindal but that will avoid buying DEF spending cleaning of diesel engine bay and etc . So buying Petrol while running less will compensate and the mileage is not 5 7 it’s around 8 9. Maintenance cost of petrol is lesser and you will pay for lesser x showroom price lesser RTO charges.You will be able to keep that vehicle for longer duration say about 15 years etc etc

Sir actually I have same question
But I booked xuv300 diesel..
My running is also less..
Some times no running till a week..
But I don't have problem with extra exshowroom and RTO charges..I can bear 2 Lakhs extra for diesel...
Becoz I want to have this vehicle for 15 years and at my place no limit of 10 years...
So in life I don't know whether running will always be limited..so for safe game I want diesel..
I m not living such havy traffic place..since home location is on highway...so minimum I can have 60kmh speed...
Plz tell be what can be problems if I buy diesel

Kitne min tak aese fast drive ki jarurat hoti hai.. as i drive mainly hi heavy traffic were speeding above 40 is not possible.. plse suggest
