Tried this recipe for dinner tonight and it tasted like something you could charge $20 for a small plate of. Amazing!!! Came together really fast and you can actually freeze the dumplings for up to a month. Thank you for bringing this recipe into my life!
Andy's amazing. He is the best eater at that kitchen. He has what it takes to completely devour his own creations within seconds of cooking them! Hahahaha love it!

There's nothing wrong with men, gay or straight, being a little feminine or very feminine----just like there's nothing wrong with a woman being masculine or having an interest in masculine related things. It goes both ways. But alas, he is gay and therefore wouldn't care less if you---a woman---were grossed out by him or not.
Made these twice once with really nice ingredients and once with cheaper (cottage cheese instead of ricotta/ powdered parmesan instead of anything nicer) both times turned out delicious!
I love the Bon Appétit channel. Young, energetic chefs doing what they do best. I wish you had a network channel. I would watch this over FoodTV and Cooking channel any/all day. Keep it coming!
