Tried this recipe for dinner tonight and it tasted like something you could charge $20 for a small plate of. Amazing!!! Came together really fast and you can actually freeze the dumplings for up to a month. Thank you for bringing this recipe into my life!

Making Italian food is like creating art! We, in India, make cottage cheese dumplings similar to these that we have as a sweet dish, it's called Rasgulla. Anyways, what an amazing episode. Andy was definitely in his element :)
