    Looks great! I practice most of these techniques with a sword but some of your techniques can be applied to that as well.

    Hello wanna ask. Kali has d sticks techniques and empty hand techniques. Im a novice but I just wanna ask. I notice imo, stick techniques r more offensive, while empty hand seems more defensive or in a way counter reactive towards d opponent, basically waiting for opponent to strike first. I wanna ask, does d empty hand techniques allow d user to attack n strike first or is it a wait for d opponent to move in first?

    Easy ways to improve your flow is to control your emotion ie. Anger, attack, strike blow, reaction etc...not just the flow.
