Door trim is part of "door". $25 per side is plenty. The way you show it that's $42.50 per side. Too much.

You're going to starve at these rates. In my county, about 60--75 minutes NW of NYC, you might find 100 jobs per year willing to pay those rates. Maybe you are lucky and get 5 of those jobs. Now you have 1,000 jobs willing to part with 30-35¢ per sf. With a 14" Sherlock, I can roll one coat at a rate of 350 sq ft per hour at acceptable quality. That is $105 per hour. If you can't produce at such a rate, I couldn't hire you. If you can, I better pay you $30+ per hour. Probably $35. I have experimented with two rookies for $17.50 per hour. The might be able to keep pace with me at 58 with serious health issues.
Who buys the most 0ainting here? Landlords, especially slumlords. HUD says the unit must be painted if the previous tenant(s) have been there 3 or more years. Typical irresponsible Section 8 tenant makes it about a year or two. HUD doesn't specify what paint you must use. Generally eggshell or semi gloss Speedwall. What ever comes out of the bucket is fine. If you charge more than 20¢ per sf, you aren't even considered. One coat, move you tails, I want 500 sq ft per hour with an 18" yoke. The "cut in man" is using a 4" or more likely 7" or 9" Sherlock. The stard for workmanship is very low. The standard for production is very high. If you don't appear young or fit or object to my no smoke break policy, I have nothing for you. It always works out to about $100 per hour. Close to half is labor cost. One quarter is markett ansd if I am lucky, a quarter for me. I have been beat down to $75 per hour, which means basically break even.
