Super helpful video, thank you! Definitely gives a lot of insight into these neighborhoods for a non-local unfamiliar with these developments. We aren't really considering a custom build but gives us some food for thought and helps us better understand the process
Thank you so much for the kind words! I’m glad the video provided valuable insight into the neighborhoods, especially for those new to the area. Even if you’re not considering a custom build, it’s great to know the information helped you better understand the process. Santa Fe has so much to offer, and it’s always a pleasure to share what makes this place special. If you have any more questions as you explore your options, feel free to reach out!
Thank you for your questions! Santa Fe offers a variety of amenities catering to all age groups and needs. For seniors, there are several parks like the Santa Fe Railyard Park, which offers accessible walking paths and community gardens, and Fort Marcy Park, which has scenic views and quiet spaces for relaxation. The city also has several senior centers with activities and social events. Families will find excellent schools in the Santa Fe Public School District, as well as private and charter school options. Santa Fe High School and Santa Fe Preparatory School are notable mentions. Healthcare is well-covered with Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center. We also have Presbyterian Hospital now too. Lots of people will go to Albuquerque, a 45 minute commute for major surgeries that are planned, UNMH, the heart hospital, etc. For recreation, there are community pools like the Genoveva Chavez Community Center, which also offers a full gym, ice rink, and sports programs for all ages. My wife and I try to go swimming there once a week on Sunday mornings. They have the lanes all blocked off for lap swimmers, they have a hot tub with jets and a sauna to wrap up the swim session. Theres also a public swimming pool at Ft Marcy. The city is also home to a variety of parks with playgrounds, trails, and sports facilities. If you’re into outdoor activities, the nearby mountains and trails are perfect for hiking, biking, and more.
Did I miss it or, in the spirit of transparency and full disclosure, if factual/accurate, should there have been at least a brief disclosure statement at the beginning of the video that the Tercera Agency is being compensated by featured vendors for the video and/or is a listing agency and will be earning commissions from the sale of homes in the featured developments? Otherwise, a conflict-of-interest question may arise. : )
Thank you for bringing this up! Transparency is very important to us. To clarify, Benji and I are not being compensated by any vendors featured in the video. The information shared is purely to help viewers make informed decisions about living in Santa Fe. As real estate brokers, we do represent some listings in the area, and as standard in the industry, we earn commissions from sales. However, the primary goal of our content is to provide valuable, unbiased information to those considering a move to Santa Fe. We always strive to maintain transparency and will keep your feedback in mind for future videos. 😊 In the future, and as we continue to build stronger relationships with builders. We may feature their homes that we actually have listed in our videos. In those cases, we will be sure to state if we have "an exclusive right to sell for compensation" any listings in our content. But to be super clear, we are licensed Realtors, we make our living from helping people buy and sell homes in Santa Fe. All our videos are for educational purposes and our goal is to earn trust with people doing research and the opportunity to meet in person if and when they're ready to make a purchase. Then we will guide them through the process to the best of our ability. None of our videos are sponsored, we don't receive any money from anyone to post our professional opinions of what we see happening in our marketplace. Thanks for watching and for your comment!

Perks for seniors, schools for families and a hospital? Parks and activities, community pools?
