i actually tried this out in a private server and then calculated what it gave me in an hour and it actually gave me around like 180k per hour
pretty efficient i like it
it also guarantees around mostly 5.0 stars or slightly lower which is pretty good

somehow the farm earns more than the intended amount (tysm)
i just made some minor modifications, only adding a few more of almost everything (not including shelves)

for some reason my money was pretty stagnant for a while.
i then fired the delivery driver, and on 25% instant delivery for the manager and it instantly boosted my income
Paying the 25% fee for instant delivery makes you less money in the long run. Having a delivery driver makes you more money in the long run.
IT STILL WORKS JUST MADE IT BC MY PREVIOUS STORE WAS A BUST ITS ONLY BEEN 5 MINUTES AND MADE OVER 30K

@@Jj777gordon i think u just add stairs and then js do the same stuff on the next floor and add another janitor and mabey another restocker
it was a little harder to follow than most of your tutorials but once i got it working it is great

@@luckysfilms the parts like the walling in the outside of the store was hard to follow with you going back and deleting some parts and putting it in a different orientation and other back tracking and mess-ups made it harder to follow than normal
@@luckysfilms and something I want to add was the pictures that you had on the starter build (shows number of length/width on the sides, and an x on tiles where the item in question is supposed to be placed) were extremely helpful and visually easier to follow, so maybe next time if you wanted to make another build, and those pictures are not hard to make, then consider making them again and adding them. Thanks

Set the stock for the manager to 200%.

You can do that too, but I would recommend setting the manager to 200% first.

200k, can cost less if you cut corners.
My manager is getting multiple stock not just the furniture, tables and exercise equipment, they are getting every stock like cold food and what not. How do I stop them from buying what I don’t need?
The manager only gets cold food if you have shelves that are selling cold food.. To fix that, delete the cold food shelves. The only things the manager should be ordering is furniture, game tables, and exercise equipment.

Aigh.. So I got it done, but i feel like its producing few money, been here with it like 2 hours and i just got 100k, idk if its cuz my staff is not fully level 5, tho i think the exp Gap is not the principal factor (or maybe it is?)

This could be because they don’t have a path to get into the store. If it’s not that, try rejoining.

Hey i saw that my delivery driver was coming too late and shelves were not getting stocked so customers were leaving so i did the manegar 200% and instsnt delivery but its still earing me profits so should i keep it or remove the instsmt delivery
Btw i am not playing on a private server but also players are not in the server is is okay?
If you can afford a delivery vehicle like the semi, then remove instant delivery.
