Worth mentioning that workers also slow down the server, A LOT. So keep the worker amount low not only for lowering the worker cost, but also the server load. A great way to fix that could be for example to use self checkouts instead of registers since they don't requre any workers😄
Summarization: -if you want to sell that thing, it must also come with the family too so they will still be united. - Many worker = bad Less worker = inefficient - big store = bad bad - small store = not enough space Build it 8 by 5 and just 3 storage (storage is optional) - Becareful with your managers -Speed is more important than cargo (quality of speed > quantity of cargo) - Too much ppl in a server will shatter your brain - go watch his video and like it!
The game is great, but when you develop a lot, the percentage of Server Load increases, even on your own server, and this kills the fun! At 20-30%, everything is fine, but if it becomes 75-85%, the cashiers are delayed, customers stand at the counter for 10-15 seconds before leaving, and profits fall 3-4 times.
Thanks for the tips, I was wondering why self checkout was slower than usual. Ik self checkout is slower than cashier. The unexpected item thing is so annoying. In some servers i made thousands but in others my money was practically stagnant.
thank you for all tips and in other video that you linked, i went from having bankrupt 70 dollars to 4k dollars with many good workers, fast and progress goes only up.
Just hit 3 million from selling absolutely everything and i make 100k in 45 minutes, have 6 loan employee's (probably just need 4 tho) and my managers are set at 75% instant while my shelves remain somewhat full
I feel like copying a layout from a youtube video is ending the excitment of early game grinding and building up your store to be better the more you learn. just my opinion tho
I very much agree with you. The learning along the way is the best way to play games! Cant deny still that there is big content for the ones who just wants to win big 😆

@@Roem my new store had a issue that many people wanted candy that my 4 cashier's were full since half of them bought 10 or more candy and I sold 1000 candy in about 20-10 minutes
I did your 600k store design and I’ve had over 20 items stolen in my 4 hours of afk how do I fix this my guards just don’t get them no matter how much beening is going on
If the guards arent max level, then thats the case. There must be a bug with guards as well, because a lot of people say things get stolen, while for me nothing did 🤔
Unfortunately, big Mall requires far more than 2-4 employees in total. Which means, you will lose a ton of money just simply because of quantity of employees. Now, I as player see as the ultimate goal to make the best and biggest mall that is in my capabilities. Which I already achieved btw. And since you have a big Mall, a lot of shelfs to fill, to make the shelfs always in a flow full of stuff means, you can't have 1 or 2 restockers, that just wouldn't work. Retail Tycoon 2 is just not a big Mall tycoon sadly. So if you will set Manager to buy all sorts of stuff on more percentage than 80% means, you will simply lose all of your capital, because of profit is about the same amount, as of all employees salary together. Also, just making parking Lot bigger doesn't helps whatsoever, because supposedly the game just has a limitation for amount of customers at one time. So in summary, to have profit and having full shelfs means to give up enough employees to actually having the big Mall working (Also just to clear things up. I have hired 6 Janitors and they are still not enough to clean the whole place, and yes I have enough trash bins imo. The customers are just dropping the trash everywhere, even on Parking Lot.) So as I tried to finish, big Mall requires a lot of employees, which isn't compatible with having shelfs full. That means in short... NO BIG MALL, unless you wish to bankrupt. I sell everything in my mall, and by everything, I mean it. And having set on Manager more than 70% just simply means I will either lose my money than gain, or my economy will just stagnate to say the least.
I need help, i have been only selling furniture for a whole week and it got me a lot of money, but I'm starting to get bored and I want to sell more things, how much things are TOO MUCH?
Technically you can sell whatever you want. The cheap things is what earns little money. You can still sell them, but maybe focus more on the expensive items. Vehicles, electronics, appliances etc. So just put in a bunch of items, but remember to have at least one category with expensive items 😁

Although you got a point here, its still false. Even the wiki Page for RT2 agrees that customers want categories. Furniture category, electronics category. You can sell several categories, but make sure to sell all items within. Sure customers might have items on the shelves more often, but not all the time.
@@Chicken12Salad Here is the link to the page: roblox-retail-tycoon-2.fandom.com/wiki/Customer What you might see in the image is the items they want to purchase. If you pay close attention to what items your customers want to purchase at your store when selling only partial categories, you will sometimes see items that arent sold in your store, but within the categories you sell. Hence to: "I couldn't find what I wanted"
For finance reps, some people might still complain due to there being an occupied seat at the desk as they were planning to go there. Make sure to have several so you dont lose out cuz of busy desks 😁
