I'm currently waiting on the ruin Square to be shipped to Europe. I'm not a weeb but I love that it's a little more subtle and a nice artwork. I got a little tired of my black AQ2 so yeah, little change of scene in my mostly black setup. It looked nice on the website but damn, even better on camera.

Love mousepad round ups, tho the pads are a little underwhelming in this one. The regular Saturn and SY are the 2 that somewhat caught my attention. Saturn because i want to replace my Zero Soft as i can't stand plushy pads anymore (consistency and i never really utilized the push-in extra control) and SY-001, for the reasons you mentioned. I noticed many of the Asian Apex players having one of these on their desk and what you said makes sense. When the summers hits its peak, unless you turn your room into a freezer, every single pad feels awful once it warms up including Artisans.
I'm broke from this addiction but won't have any other way

all saturn pads are the same surface now, but he design ones are dye subbed of course, so the feeling is slightly different

ah shit i just bought a regular saturn, how fast is it compared to a hien? have a 2 year old odin infinity that's apparently a hien clone

what mousepad would you recommend to someone new to the mousepad space and wants something that would work for every fps game?
What price, size, and speed properties do you prefer?
If you have no clue what to get, simply get a LGG Saturn or Saturn Pro
@drahsid2 I just need something under 130 to 150 and i don't know about exact size but probably the xl artisan size and probably something with a medium speed since I think speed pads are cool but I don't think that I have good enough mouse control and aim for that
@@maj0rxmajoR Jakeu's previous suggestion of the Saturn is very good, and will probably work very well.
Another good option that isn't super control or super speed, the Hyate Otsu mid or soft should be awesome.
If you order two pads directly from Artisan it will be ~ $100, and gives you room to try different pads (if you, for example, want to try something faster or muddier)
Actually I am want to try speed cause it seems fun and it would be a good learning curve

1. durability is as good as any other enthusiast cloth mousepad, but I would recommend washing it once you can create streaks on it with your nails
2. the saturn is slightly faster when it comes to both dynamic and static friction - the saturn pro is slightly slover in both IMPO
