People sleep on jokiv getting 10+ assist per game. Thats minimum 20 point generated plus 25+ point ge already makes on his own. Thats literally 40+ points average jokic is giving you. Embiid will score 30 average but only have 3-5 assist only.. plus horrible rebound numbers and defense. Plus turn overs and foul trouble. Jokic can give me 20 and 10 and thats more then embiids 34 and 4

Saldy, it does seem that way. However, I wonder if it's less race based and more of an American phenomenon compared to the rest of the world. I've also seen white Americans say similar things. Americans tend to get excited about highly dynamic, athletic players, whereas the rest of the world also loves that but places greater value on skill, even if a player isn't particularly athletic. That's why we see Jokic and go - "wow, this guy is amazing", and they see him and go - "wow, this guy looks like the guy from the Y".
