So this one only plays on the part where you find Zaleskar where the first waypoint for the hollow marshes is.

It's important to understand how important soundtrack is to game immersion. I remember hearing this song for the first time when I first entered the Hollow Marshes and saw the jungle for the first time... It was a very very rare moment in my video gaming history where it felt like I was no longer playing a game, but I was in the game itself.
That's what i consider the true spirit of a gamer. As a real gamer you can let yourself drown into a game and completely get consumed by it. Every special moment counts and if you have friends that have the same feeling as you the whole game becomes so much more.
Necropost: I've played, beaten replayed and rebeated DOS2 so many times and the best part I can say about the music is it's unobtrusive but so intrinsic to the game. it just FITS with every part of the area you can just wander around and uncover things as you go.
"Ah, you're back. Looking to add some weight to your rucksack?"
No not really I'm just opening up your inventory to load it in, then pry it off your remains, thanks for the unique staff and battle axe! My rucksack is looking much better now!
This is the piece I was thinking about when I came looking for Divinity Original Sin 2 music.
I was tricked by soundalikes like "a part of their story" which feature variations on the same theme but no THIS is what I came for, specifically 4:47 onward, and to be even more specific the moment the guitar says "d e d c, b a" over the d e F chords. Gah it is just oozing with poignant epicness and really takes you out of this universe and into the game's. I literally moaned out loud the first time I heard it.
I really appreciate this comment. It's so good to know that I wasn't alone in the way I experienced this track.
Know exactly the part , yeah the music in that game was incredibly strong.
This game has so much music, why is the OST only like 1/10 of the soundtracks? lol
Excellent communication between the director and musician. The artist clearly understood when and where this track would play and it communicates exactly the emotion that it should.
This song was an absolute beauty. I remember keeping around that cryptic bag of bones and his wares just to let this one play all the way through.
Hard to believe this version did not make the official ost.
My favourite. So beautiful, especially the choirs. Fisrt time I heard it I knew the game was going to be special.
It can also be heard in the Hidden Alcove (that little area going through the vines right before Fort Joy, where Fane is).

There's atleast 10 tracks I absolutely love from this game. This being one of them of course.
Battle of Divinity is by far my favorite.
2:36 and 4:33 been searching so much just for this piece and especially that part
Beautiful... I have this specific song stuck in my head for some time. The game has quite unique soundtrack because of the variations and character specific instrument moments but the price of this is that individual pieces are harder to come by. Thanks for uploading this. (strangely though i'm actually starting to thing that even this isn't exactly the version I have been searching for :D.)

4:25 the violin at this part is probably the best part in the entire sound track! I can’t even tell you how amazing this song is, and I’m shocked it’s not on the official ST. In fact, I’m amazed many of the songs aren’t…😅
There was another version of this song at some point in the game, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know its name?
There’s another version playing at Driftwood’s beach where you helped the guy find his ring and ended up fighting voidwokens, but I can’t find it anywhere.
The fort joy beach theme sounds simlar, maybe thats what you are looking for
