How to Install WordPress on Bluehost manually

this is helpful because gutenberg is still not stable on wordpress. And, if you buy hosting on bluehost, then there's a default wordpress 5.0 installed on it. and many people are not able to usw woocommerce, and other plugins.
So, its better to install wordpress 4.8 manually and enjoy :)
