I would 100% use the bacta. I have a 2nd degree burn on the whole left rib area. It's not bad enough to require surgery, but it's so painful I can barely think. I haven't slept well in days. And i hate painkillers and refuse to touch such addictive shit.

If I had the opportunity to be dipped into bacta, I would like to have a mask to avoid the taste of the substance which was said to linger for weeks afterward. I would still love to use such a medicine for more serious wounds if it were real.

If Plagueis was still around he would have monopolized bacta production under the empire like the Chinese did with salt. Is Marka Ragnos the only Sith Lord who could see the potential and exploit it instead of destroying it from within? I’m curious how Lord Vader would rule, perhaps he’d invade Hutt space in the name or noble aim of wiping out slavery once and for all. Perhaps he’d spend his whole rule trying to control the Senate as an increasing tyrant

I swear Palpatine has an alter ego called Cartoon Palpatine. Palpatine-a calculating evil genius who organized a galaxy wide take over while turning the Jedi's Chosen One against them. Cartoon Palpatine-Comes up with cartoonishly villainous things because thats the most evil thing he could do.

I think I'd prefer to avoid any scenario that would require me to need full bacta immersion; I've played the RPGs, so I have some idea how expensive a single treatment is supposed to be, but I feel I'd be willing to go through with it, were I in said need. I'm having flashbacks to what I think must've been an article in something like Dungeon, or Dragon, magazine; whatever one would have been Wizards' choice for Star Wars RPGs content, back when they had the license, describing the true "miracle drug", kolcta, that could do stuff more akin to magic a Cleric learns from their deity, because this is when "space wizards" really doubled down on that it was magic.😊 Kolcta was special, though, because, I think, it required basically a Vratix giving up its life to provide another component, that supercharged their drug, at the expense of their lives, and so they hid it, to prevent going from providers of the the miracle to parts incorporated into it, as the galaxy medical needs could require sacrificing dome people...if the leadership was evil. Kolcta, I think,could've literally regenerated Vader, or Krayt, so better they never knew.😊

3:10 this tells me that bacta has absolutely no healing properties at all, but rather plays on the body's own healing factor, I am fairly certain that kolto was actually a healing product like bacta was supposed to be but a weaker version of it

Kolto wasn't worse then Bacta as both had their own benefits and unique scenarios for things they can heal.
The main problem is that the theorized bacteria producing kolto was dying out and lower quality kolto was made so there was way more low quality kolto vs the standardized nature of bacta thus placing a fake conclusion it was worse.
The Stark Hyperspace War was fought over Bacta I believe. Qui Gon, Mace, Obi Wan fought in that war

Do you think you could do a video on vibroblades at some point? On this and other channels, I've seen talk about lightsabers and blasters, even slugthrowers get mentioned, but I never see anything talking about vibroblades in detail, namely how they work, different types, etc.

Personally I'd like to know more about the Bounty Hunter Guild. They're described as heir to a long and glorious legacy, a brotherhood and an organisation that counted some of the most fearsome individuals in the galaxy amongst their members. There were apparently entire wars between different factions of them, and given how incredibly influential the criminal underworld is in a galaxy far, far away, it would be quite gnarly to learn more about the guys who were basically their iron fist.

....I don't recall Luke getting into a bacta tank after he suffered life threatening side effects after being fried by the emperor. He suffered chronic micro seizures and had total depletion of blood minerals and a rare case of calcification to his entire skeletal.

The only way I can explain bacta is that it's some kind of symbiote that somehow merges with it's host.
