The variance on the quality of the effect of all these effects is really weird. Some of them boost items hugely, like Cancer, Virgo, Aquarius, some of them are just really stupid: Leo, Capricorn. Some of them are cool and thematic, some of them really don't understand why their item is good or interesting, or what it's doing. Why the heck is Virgo a tears up? (in fairness, there may be a correlate w/ Pisces that I don't know from an astrological perspective...) Cool trinket, poorly implemented. It should also work w/ Planetarium items.
Here what I think telescope would synergize with Antibirth Constellations: Sol:Isaac will gain a soul heart when defeating a boss Luna:An extra item will spawn in Secret Rooms & Super Secret Rooms Can you think up of some boosts for the others?

Capricorn just +1 luck? Does he look like a Lapracorn to you? Also Leo is just terrible, at least give it a chance for fear effect by destroying rocks because you give up the ability to hide in them if you have flight or a wait what shockwave
Leo doesn't seem that bad, 70-80% of rooms usually have rocks, and since they scale with your damage, it can lead to some really high damage scenarios. And if there's a bunch of rocks together, you can carpet bomb the rest of the enemies [especially in womb/corpse]

The fact that telescoped Aries doesn't give you contact immunity when at a certain speed makes me scratch my head a bit. Aries is just a very perplexing item in general. Useless on its own and even with synergies it's only barely decent
