    Watching her reminds me of when I was developing my own technique. There is such a thrill to creating one's own style, that no one else does it quite like oneself. Masterfully done.

    I've been enamored of Georgie's art and her technique for a few years now. I'm grateful for this video that shows her technique more in depth. Her pots are stunning! Thank you!

    Georgie, so, so , so beautiful! I am inspired by the shapes and textures and colors. My medium is wood and I create vases similar to your wonderful pieces. I am going to try your method on my work using acrylic paint. Thank you!

    Thank you so much for these videos!! Does anyone know if she waits for the paper to dry before painting on the glaze?
    What a stunning technique!

    Fantastic video! Love the whole journey. You mention they're a bit rough after firing so you "wet and dry them" - not sure what this means? Can you elaborate?

      It's called wet and dry paper (it's like sandpaper but you do it whilst it's wet) 😃

    Fabulous, do you not bisque

      Also interested in this. Sounds like it's only fired once?

    • @georgiegardiner6511
      @georgiegardiner6511 Рік тому +2

      Yes I do bisque everything. I do any cleaning up of edges at the bisque stage (with a scalpel or wet and dry paper) and I also glaze the insides, so they are all water tight 😃
