I'm guessing either 2021 or 2022, generations usually run about 5-7 years. No LED's yet, just projector beam for now. I'm guessing they'll wait for the redesign.
I honestly don’t know why Chevy hasn’t exported it to Europe yet honestly it would probably do quite well especially since the market for pickup trucks is growing over there you would think they would at least want to complete with ford and other manufacturers
I've heard a few people mention it on here, but honestly never had a customer complain about the transmission. If GM changed anything, they didn't let us know *facepalm*
Toyotas 8 speed has the same issues, ford too.. 8 speed is a flawed design. Nothing last forever these days. its just a clunky trans (not very smooth all the time) but it works well, i dont expect it to go much past 100k miles.. by design im sure.. planned obsolesce is real.
I hope Chevy has redesigned the faulty 8 speed transmissions in the 2020 as well . 2017 to 2019 are having trouble with 8 speed automatic transmissions. Fingers crossed 🤞👍
the transmission is annoying (its not always smooth shifting is the only complaint) and isnt going to last 200k miles but it works well, nice truck really. Even Toyota is having issue with their new trans.
@@tbeas1555 I was sure disappointed when 3 GM dealerships told me it's normal an get used to it , it's still learning. They must have thought that I just fell off the turnip truck . It's funny, but it's not funny all .
When are they doing a redesign? Again no LED's like the Canyon?
