Eh, they tried that once at Viceroy's suggestion, but by the time they got to Cunningbottom or whatever his name is, McFist changed his mind and had his heart set on Komodo Kommandos.

Viceroy made that statement as a reference to real life, since navy blue was better concealed by the light of the moon versus pure black. Good callback, honestly.

I think the ninja suit has a pocket dimension where all the weapons automatically teleport to after a battle. But if one of the weapons break, then that weapon stays broken until it can be fixed or replaced.

My guess is the suit can make the weapon after its been stored into the suit but if you are immature with the weapon the suit removes it from the arsenal and you need to get it replaced. Oh wow I didn't know they actually made a robot Ninja for the show, I never really did finished the show after a certain point in the series But when I was a fan, I used to have an idea for a Cyborg Ninja meant to be a mirror to Cunningham, able to match his skills, tools and weapons with his own cybernetic enhancements. He would have the ability to swing around or rapple things like Randy's scarf, but with a coiling cable-like appendage instead, and for a katana, he instead wields a chainsaw katana. While originally created by Viceroy under McFist's orders as just another pawn in their game against the Ninja, this time they overstepped and used a living brain instead to power and control their new cyborg soldier. However, things took a turn for the worse when the cyborg Ninja managed to revolt against McFist's commands, and compounded by the fact that the experiment made him mentally unstable, what they are left with is a psychotic rogue Ninja cyborg out for blood, their blood. The cyborg would reap a path of terror and destruction in its vengeance fueled rampage against those that wronged him, and unfortunately this also includes the town and its citizens. But honestly, such a villian would probably be too violent for the show, not to mention uncharestically edgy, with the amount of Joker-esque crimes he'll commit.
Ya know this is actually pretty nice because with this it's actually somewhat hard to notice which is which if you saw em from far away, unlike robots like RoboKrabs and other similiar ideas
Viceroy should produce more of those ninjabots as elite guards for the mcfist industries serving as commandos for the weapons of ninja destruction army.

It could be possible to enchant the robot via help from the sorcerer, he has been thwarted by the ninja many times even before randy became the modern day norisville ninja. In various media mostly japanese, there has sometimes been instances of machinery or ancient technology predating the setting of the location the anime takes place in, where it is either composed of entirely magic whilst built with a durable body that can withstand the magic inside or it is a machine that was enchanted with a power source that replicates the ability to use magic whilst also retaining the weapons it was built with. Being both possible iterations are using a form of magic that predates the present day iteration of spells, it is mostly strong due to the magic constantly maintaining it's condition, allowing it to remain functional despite being decades to centuries old or because it was the only means to store the power source within, which in turn makes it sluggish but powerful much like a golem, with great power can sometimes have drawbacks for its abuse.
Has the Sorcerer ever enchanted any of McFist or Viceroy's creations though? Did he ever show the ability to grant magical properties to machinery? Because for this specific series there's no evidence that he's able to do that, and the fact the Ninja-bot doesn't have magical properties seems to be evidence against it.
