How to Make Dabeli Masala • 4 tbsp - Dhaniya Seed / Coriander
• 1 - tbsp Til / Sesame Seeds
• 1/2 tbsp - Jeera Seeds / Cumin
1 tsp - Kali Mirch / Black Peppercorns
• 4-5 - Laung / Cloves
• 1/2 tsp - Trifala / Teppal / Sichuan Peppercorn
1 - Chakrafool / Star Anise
• 1 tbsp - Saunf / Fennel Seeds
• 2" - Dal Chini / Cinnamon
• 2 - Kali Elaichi / Black Cardamom •
• 2 - Tej Patta / Bay Leaf
• 4 tbsp - Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder / Red Chili Powder
• 1 tsp - Kala Namak / Black Salt
Regular namak
• 1 tsp - Amchoor / Dry Mango Powder
• 4 tbsp - Grated Nariyal / Grated Coconut
• 3 tsp - Sugar / Cheeni
Lal Chutney - 4 tbsp Lal Mirch Kashmiri / Non Spicy
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Triphala - 1 tsp
Nimbu - ½ tsp
Garlic - 10-15
Salt - taste hisab se
Pani - adjust karne ke lie
Roasted Singdana / Peanuts - ½ cup
Nimbu - ½ tsp juice
Aloo Masala -
Oil - 2 tbsp
Dabeli Masala- 3-4 tbsp
Imli Chutney - 3 tbsp
Boiled Aloo - 5
Pani - ½ cup
Sukha Nariyal - 2 tsp
Fresh Dhaniya - 1 tsp cut kia hua
Tutti Frutti - 2 tsp
Singdana - 2 tsp
Anaar - 2 tsp
Sev - 20g
Pyaaz - 1 cut kia hua
Hari Mirch - 1
Dhaniya - 1 tbsp fresh kata hua
Pav - 10-12 pcs
Imli Chutney - 5-6 tbsp

I try different receipes from different videos but when ever I make preparations according to your receipe,it really turn out to be very good. You don't hide real ingredients ( that's why receipe actually turn out to almost like master chef😊) and method, give necessary tips when ever possible.

Nice one. Tirphal is a spice used in Konkan, Goa & Karwar region. The black seeds must be removed before grinding. Actually in these regions it is never ground, but used as a whole, in curries. Secondly, it is different from China Pepper. China Pepper is more hot, but that is not easily available in India. (It is smaller in size.)
