Pretty cool, watching that tree being trimmed down. Very professional. Unlike the longtime locals that took down six trees on Sunday over memorial day weekend, and one which fell the wrong way, onto power lines and into the street. It knocked out our power for three hours and fried one of the circuits in our kitchen, but also knocked out half the town for up to 24 hours during a busy holiday weekend. Many businesses had to close and restaurants, lost food. It was unpermitted!! I’m good friends with the guy who originally started Eastern Sierra Tree Service. He is now retired and was also a MLFD Captain, who now lives down at Bishop.
Nice job on the tree removal. We are fortunate to have a good tree removal crew here in our area. I had a huge Douglas Fir in our front yard that got hit by lightning. They used a huge crane and had to remove the tree in three sections as well. The neighborhood in more compact than what your guys encountered.

These arborists really need to know what that they are doing or a lot of people could get killed! Thanks for sharing Ben.

Wow.. really interesting video..
Wonder how much that cost to take that tree out ??
My bet on the Tree removal cost with crane is $7000
none of those trees look healthy
Yep I saw a few more beetle kill trees in that area. Going to be expensive $$$
