Hi @laceywahl9173, yes, it's easy to get to both Universal and the Disney parks. The Universal will take about 20 - 30mins depending on how many pickups there are on the way. Disney will take around 40mins to an hour again depending on pickups and the shuttle will only drop you to to the Disney transportation centre where you can then pickup a boat or monorail to get to the other parks you might want to go to 😊
