Has that haunting sound with the cool echo/reverb. Reminds me of a Lee Hazelwood song that could be sung by Sanford Clark. THese old obscure records with the cool crackling sound are the best. This is a totally cool channel. Thank you from a vintage baby boomer

Grew up with music, only kind that played in the barn while milking the cows and doing chores, I'd swear sometimes the cows would sway to the music's beat,... I'm 57, I firmly believe I was born in the wrong era, you just don't hear this in today's world. Love UA-cam. ✌ now it's Saturday Satan, Sunday Saint.

I am 22 and was born in 2001, but I became infactuated with the music of the 1960s and late 50's. I love rockabillys like this song; My fav are Jimmy Jay's - Run Wild (While Youre Young), Eddie Noack - Think of Her Now and Gene Nitz - Running from the law. Theres a few other favs of mine but those three are the ones that got me most into rockabillies.
I got into this era's music at first through latin soul from the 1960s. Especially Los Angeles' Chicano Soul scene from the 60's. But I also now REALLY love the 1960's Pop Music. Like Bobby Rydell - Sway, and either Sabto Y Johnny OR Betsy's cover of "Sleep Walk" and finally id have to include either Debbie Dovale or Susan Maughan cover of Hey Lover but also The Daughters of Eve cover too but thats always sounded a bit more 70s rock than 60s pop music.
Either way, I have been lost in the 1960s musical era, and for all the punk music i listen to i listen to just as much music from this era. Girls definitely appreciate the love and romance songs even if theyre almost 100 years old sometimes, they LOVE it when I sing Bobby Rydell's Volare or Sway
So, BIG suggestion fellow gen z fellas, learn some love songs that you can sing decent enough. If she likes you enough she wont tell you your singing is bad, unless she REALLY likes you, then she'll tell you it sucks but that she still loves it. Thats how you know she's a keeper.
Now im gonna go listen to some ThxSoMuch, that guy fucking ROCKS

    Searchin’
    I’m always lookin’
Searchin’ for a place to call my home
I love you baby and I always will
But I’ve got to know what’s over that hill
I brought you grief and I’ve caused you shame
You shoulda never let me change your name
    Searchin’
    I’m always lookin’
Searchin’ for a place to call my home
Now I keep thinkin’ just one more thrill
There’s paradise just over the hill
But a rollin’ stone don’t gather no moss
To find peace of mind we pay an awful cost
    Searchin’
    I’m always lookin’
Searchin’ for a place to call my home
I know you love me, don’t want me to go
‘Cause winter’s coming and there’ll be snow
But turn me loose just one more time
Maybe then I’ll find my peace of mind
    Searchin’
    I’m always lookin’
Searchin’ for a place to call my home
