And it's why I hate how now that's how they're marketed for the game because the new Box Art is just unsettling to me because of it.
I couldn’t agree MORE with your number 1 pick. That shit pisses me and my brother off the exact same way my dude and even more because sometimes we see trailers for really cool anime games and then we find out they’re on mobile and we both just yell out FUCK! Long story short me and my brother are with you 100% 👍🏻.
@@Doublemonk0506 In my experience it is a matter of who makes the games. Games like Duel Links, AFK Arena and ML:A have shown to me that good Mobile games are possible.
Leisure Suit Larry was originally meant to be satirical. Larry is meant to be an incompetent, sex-hungry idiot whose glory days have long since past. Box Office Bust is especially bad because they aged him down and even had him voiced by Josh Keaton, who has a very charismatic voice, but the lines Larry says in Box Office Bust border on being creepy and strange. Box Office Bust is like if Seltzer and Friedburg wrote the game's plot and dialogue or if Uwe Boll was allowed to make a film adaptation of the games. Even the series' creator openly despised how bad the game was.

I'll be honest. Hearing him say "Do you have games on your phone" I just died on the inside. Cause I seen the downfall it has gotten. Gone are the days of Angry Birds and Jetpack Joyride. Now a days, Just a money shredder. But the shredder has pretty lights when you put 50 dollars and ONLY 50 dollars.
Yeah...... Even if some companies actually give (or used to give LOOKING AT YOU ROVIO) a fck about making the experience "a rare w" an example of this in the video were the few brawl stars clips, because as an actual player of the game Yeah, i recognise that it has it's typical "monetisation issues" even tho as stated in the video is usually cosmetic the ONLY redeeming factor is that the company actually CARES about its community, none of those forced adds or anything like that AND IT'S SAD THAT IT'S THE EXCEPTION, NOT THE RULE, however i do see the flaws in "modern mobile gaming" and i hate it
Same I USED TO PLAY THESE GAMES! Jetpack Joyride Angry Birds(Season starwars SPACE TAKE YOUR PICK!) Fruit ninja! HECK I'D TAKE BUYING THOSE MICROTRANSACTIONS OVER THIS! ...but now? @@WarmLusamine hard to say, it's a pretty amazing game despite the extremely embarrassing fanservice-y nature of it, and you can play it just fine without spending any money on it. But it still has unreasonable microtransactions and a brutally strict gacha system, so idk
Who on planet earth thought that Minecraft, a game primarily known for its intentionally blocky art style, would have any place in the live action market?!?!?! Simply because Pokémon, Sonic, and Mortal Kombat made it work in recent years when they had some semblance of how to translate it into real life CG because of how their art styles work?!?! I’m sorry Jack Black, but even you won’t be able to save this abomination.
The worst part about Mobile games is corprations like Rovio INTENTIONALLY remove the good games like Angry Birds to replace it with slop, so you can't even get those old games anymore while being FORCED to play the slop. And the ads. The [REDACTED] ADS! I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO WATCH THOSE STUPID "Watch this poor mother suffer as some [REDACTED]-BRAINED Facebook Mom INTENTIONALLY picks the worst possible choices" ADS OVER AND OVER! They corrupt otherwise great games like the orginal PVZ with those ads.

Greedy Company: *wastes millions of dollars on a live service AAA game* Also Greedy Company: *cancels a game people would have actually wanted* The entire video game community: 17:25

For that Mobile game rant, allow me to add more fuel to that fire. As I stated in your Top 10 Wasted Potentials list, the phenomenal Brave Frontier series was shut down, and what did Gumi put up in the ashes? A fucking crypto game. And to make matters worse, other actially good gacha games have followed suit. Fans of BF have opted to recreate the series via a game called Brave Frontier: Recoded. This is still in the works of course, but you can tell how committed the fan devs are to this. If you want more context, I'll direct you to a UA-camr by the name of Ziggs. He can give you a lot more details.
I remember Bravely Frontiers. The designs were peak and it wasn't predatory. Hell, even one of my FAVORITE games on the phone, Fire Emblem Heroes, is now being exposed as a gacha cash cow. Walking away feels... wrong. It feels wrong to abandon a childhood game but... it wasn't my friend. It was a thief for my munny
@maxwellmegagamer8535 I doubt that. The plan is to make the game available offline, and I doubt the fans would try this if it getting taken down was a concern. Besides, as far as I'm concerned, you automatically forfeit the rights to your IP the very instant you try to involve it with crypto.

15:40 Sony was planning on taking everything Nintendo had and wringing them dry. I feel like them getting out of the deal with Sony was a good thing. Phillips was their exit clause and the CDI games are the result. Also anybody remember when Sony tried to copyright Earthbound content.
This is true. Keep in mind, though... Absolutely NONE of that would have happened had Nintendo NEVER approached Sony about striking up a deal. However...at the same time...we also may never have had Sony enter the console market. So...mmm...Nintendo's biggest fuck-up actually wound up doing some considerable good for the industry as a whole. *shrug*
I despise ALL those crappy, low effort, money hungry, garbage AF mobile games. ESPECIALLY Hero Wars. That stupid trash has so many ads, are completely unskippable, AND GO ON FOR ALMOST 3 MINUTES. It can rot in Forgotten Hell.
Another top tier list. Good thing this was the games themselves and not the industry. You'd have about 5 new entries from the last 2 weeks alone if that was the case.
“You know what they say: All dumpsters, DUMP DUMP.” I don’t know why that one got me so much, but it did! Brilliant wordplay and writing as always Logan! Keep up the good work.
You know, considering how a show like Bottom was remembered well, despite it being a rather crass comedy, involving two pathetic, down-on-their-luck flatmates, concocting hair-brained schemes to get laid, only to fail and beat eachother up afterwards, I can certainly understand where the appeal of Leasure Suit Larry comes in. Hell, Johnny Bravo pretty much had a similar presence and it's remembered as a CN classic, so... Eh. You win some, you lose some.
Worst thing about Diddy Kong Racing DS was they got rid of Banjo and Conker. I mean with the exception of Crunch, everyone made for Diddy Kong Racing was owned by Rare and Tiptup appeared in Banjo Kazooie. Also I think a Wreck It Ralph game could’ve worked by being a mini game collection with the fictional games. Also I wanna bring up that Sony’s deal with Nintendo would’ve screwed over the latter.
In all fairness, they didn't have the rights to Banjo and Conker at the time, and Microsoft was not willing to let Nintendo use property they owned. Even if the DS remake had been 100% faithful to the original, they still would have had to remove those two.
There was a Wreck-It Ralph mobile game on android years back, and that's the approach they used. You had a real playable version of Fix-It Felix Jr. (and it's really fun, I might add), and Hero's Duty appears as an alright top-down shooter. Though for some reason they made Sugar Rush into a vertical endless platformer called "Sugar Rush: Sweet Climber" which, I don't really think I need to say, has very little to do with the source material. I would've much preferred a simple Kart Racer or something in the style of Sugar Rush.
I can't understand why people hate cdi cutscenes. They have a lot of charm and feel of a soviet cartoon. They have much more personality and characterisation than some other games (I'm looking at you ff6)
31:50 What's funny is that the example of a good mobile game you used isn't even exclusively a mobile game, so it might not even fully count as a good mobile game.
I never knew Sonic had a Mario Party clone! Also, as someone who mainly sticks with mobile games... Totally agree on your number 1. Not helping is the fact that these "fetish" games are often targeted at children! I'll stick with Mahjong, thank you very much!
33:28 At least Genshin had the foresight to get onto PC before its filesize bloated like a recent triple-A game. Doesnt stop it having a fucking trashpit of a fanbase. Then again, say what you want about Hoyo, Raid always deserved to fucking die.
Hey, don’t leave out The Battle Cats (which turns 10 years old in 3 days). Plus, I’ve also taken a liking to Arknights. I guess I just like Tower Defenses?
Frankly, even ZZZ doesn't get a pass, in my book. Gacha games, I'd argue, are some of the worst offenders on the count of predatory monetization, for the sheer fact that they're gambling machines where your chances of seeing your money again are LITERALLY zero, rather than nearly zero.
@@ZaKattacker matter of perspective of course, but I see Gacha games such as this to be a test of discipline. I will never recommend this to anyone that is in financial trouble and or has a gambling problem. BUT. If you are a disciplined person, getting these quality of games for free is incredible. Leave the monetization to those that can actually afford it, and enjoy what you can do for free. Will they try to FOMO you into paying? Yep, but instead of putting basic things behind the paywall, they moreso put the patience and time behind it, and that FOMO feeling is so thankfully saved by returns. I play these games and haven't paid a cent and having a great time.
18:47 I see SomecallmeJohnny, I give instant like. Especially in reference to the gold mine that was him looking at that abomination. Edit: still, I’m surprised you didn’t consider putting Sonic Genesis GBA among the running. Talk about nearly ruining everything that made the original a classic.
First things first. I am one of the unfortunate to have a game on my iPad. There's this game called Cookie Run: Kingdom made by Devsisters, and I think they're one of the better devs that're making a set of better games. DISREGARDING THE MICROTRANSACTIONS, I think the game is enjoyable with good stories, good characters, and decent gameplay. Best part, they are here for the people more often than not. When they show teasers of what's coming next, they are listening to us. Then they change what needs to be changed. Additionally, they will grace you with items for just logging in. Of course, there is the repetitive meta strategies, the gacha systems, the ads (actually those are optional so that's a decent recovery), and yes the microtransactions. But you could still have fun as a free 2 play. They also managed to port it to PC, like Genshin, ZZZ, and the rest of the good ones. With that out of the way, you have no goddamn Einstein-level idea how much the gaming world LOATHES, WITH A CAPITAL-SIZED L THAT'S THE SIZE OF YOUR CITY CAPITAL, the soulless coding drivel that are THOSE mobile games. They are so painfully simple, so ridiculously questionable, and so painfully obvious they just want your money, seeing that shit in the phones in the hands of my own FAMILY makes me secretly weep. And the ads... THE ADDDDDDDDDDSSSSSSS!!!!!! The worst part of many of those ads, is how they make the "player," so. Damn. Incompetent! It's like they're TRYING to make you angry so you download it, and show the "player" how it's done. And if you allow me to be provider of heartbreak: Flappy Bird... has returned, and he is bringing in the "How to be hip with the kids" starter pack. You can easily figure out what that means. I pray that the mobile games we still respect, keep earning their place on the pillars of respect/tolerance. Cus only God knows when Mammon and Mr.Krabs will whisper in their ears, and regret it two inches down the line.
Fawful’s Minion at the beginning: “This isn’t gonna be worst of all time. We’re here for fun.” Fawful’s Minion all the way throughout except for talking. About Larry and the CDI games (which he got some info on wrong if the comments are correct): **angry ranting** I… I came here for fun. The last 5 entries should be in a separate list called “5 Things That Make Fawful’s Minion Angry But They Were Gonna Be In On A Cringe List And Not A Rage List”.
I’m late but, yeah. There is SO. MUCH. SHIT. That actually finding a decent game to play that is free feels like you found gold at the bottom of a garbage dump which was built as tribute to Mammon. And what’s worse for me is.. I’ve found genuine gold, Abstract strategy, Arcade games, Games with a story writing that will never be read. All while respecting a person’s time or financial situation. If you’re curious, to find the gold like I did. Here’s some good ones. Completely free/no essential purchases with little to no ads: Feud (abstract strategy) Bad Credit (papers please clone) 1 Bit survivor (Rougelike) Deep Space D6 (board game) Data wing (Mission based top down racer with a vapor wave aesthetic; Highly recommend)
Not gonna lie... when I saw the Number 4 pick, I was like, "What's the Big Deal here? It's just a Simple Joke Game, It Doesn't Seem Particularly Cringey...", but then you said, "SOLD this, made MONEY, achieved CHEDDAR!" and then I realized, "Wait, you had to legitimately PAY for this?! This isn't even worth 50 FUCKING Cents!" Also, that small piece of footage (which probably took more effort to find & edit in than it was for the Developer to actually MAKE the game) you got of the Farmer feeding his White Cat some Cow Milk was genuinely funnier to watch than this JOKE Game!
One other thing that’s horrible about mobile games are when good games get taken away due to updates. Does anyone remember the early days of Square Enix on mobile? I remember there being some damn good games back then like Bloodmasque, Symphonica and especially the Chaos Rings games. But due to IOS updates, all of them are unavailable now.
The mobile game segment genuinely scared me. To see how much shit is lathered over an easily accessible market for CHILDREN. You ever wonder why kids are doing dumber stuff than before? Sure it's not all mobile games thanks to whatever the fuck UA-cam kids is on, but having easy access to this dumpster fire of a catalog is down right destructive. And the worst part is, we're already too late.
With last night's sudden reveal that some crypto company literally bullied Dong Nguyen out of his Flappy Bird license, then revived its corpse as some sort of hideous NFT-ridden zombie... that #1 segment really speaks to my soul.
@@BJGvideos No, he held the trademark to Flappy bird this entire time. Then some stupid crypto company literally filed a suit against him and basically stole the trademark from him, and are now puppeteering the bird's soulless corpse for NFT profit. @@BJGvideos I think it’s cause Nguyen never reclaimed his trademark, therefore leading to it being considered “abandoned”. Then this sketchy company led by a crypto bro basically just picked it up for free.
Honestly, good for you. There’s nothing wrong with that. There are games I like or even love that I know some people hate for more or less valid reasons.
@HylianWolfMage55 I'd liken Story Mode to Centaurworld. Both are kinda cringe to look at, both are admittedly underrated and both have an absolutely TERRIFYING villain. (Wither Storm for Story Mode, the Nowhere King for Centaurworld.)
I agreed on the number one spot The mobile games are so cringe and disgusting including generic mobile apps accessories are so bad and worthless as well I being getting these ads so many time I have my share of bad mobile games like really bad Bottom of the barrel no one care to look at why you bother Plus fit on specific category theme to say hey download game with have something totally you like. The Good, The Bad, and The Cringe. Good: Fawful's content and writing Bad: Cringe Cringe: Sill Cringe! Overall performance: 100/100 Overall well done on the project Logan. Extra points for the comedy too 😎👍
I remember when I was a Minecraft-obsessed tween I came up with an idea for a Minecraft adaptation with a full-fledged story. I don't remember much about it other than a reveal at the story's climax that Endermen were actually the souls of people who died fighting the Ender Dragon, and an "emotional" story beat where the main character faces down an Enderman who turns out to have been his long-since-presumed-dead father or something. Needless to say, it was garbage, but even now I still would've preferred it to the crap we got.
I think if done right that would’ve been a cool idea, don’t sell yourself short, but I agree that I’d rather take a 12 year old’s Minecraft fanfiction over Minecraft Story Mode if I’m looking for anything resembling an unironically enjoyable Minecraft story
It’s amazing that the final choice has three great games that Logan mentioned that was also on Yahtzee Crowshaw’s topics of a similar title, and with the Escapist dying hard 😢, we now have a dead platform and a platform that needs to die. I’ll let the commenters when this goes public decide which is which.
I remember getting an ad for a mobile game about the anime Bleach, and the ad started with Ichigo choosing to help either Orihime or I think Rangiku, which was being done in a way like, "You wanna bone her or her?" It's Bleach. They don't need to lower themselves to do that kind of ad. Funnily enough, every other ad I got for it showed ACTUAL GAMEPLAY. Ya know, like ads are SUPPOSED to do.
fun personal story about number 8, but when the movie was announced, my boyfriend went to great lengths to wanting to get it, even saying he’d want to pirate it, only for me to say “oh i got a copy of it from when i played it in 2018” and his jaw DROPPED, after i gave him my steam login, he played jt, and it was a fun time to witness him play it just for the fact i got to take a shot every time i was slightly bugged about the main plot, plus he went far enough to get a dlc key from a website to get the rest of the story lmao it may be cringey, but it has the same charm as 2016-2017 videos where the youtuber and their bud go on some grand adventure and discover something magical it may be cringey in the eyes of some, but it’s a good kinda cringey to look back on and say “wow, we liked this, huh? lol”
I will never stop defending Wand of Gamelon, Faces of Evil, and to a lesser extent, Hotel Mario. They have their charm. Can't say the same about mobile gaming
To be fair, Minecraft: Story mode was fun... for a while. However, I always come back to If Minecraft: Story Mode was Realistic by Smashbits Animations for a good hearty laugh.
How timely of this video to release the day after Flappy Bird was sacrificed to the 10th rounded rectangle of hell while the og creator could do nothing but watch.
Number 1 truly is what aids are made of. It turns people into literal zombies and I think even the greed devil you mention would completely bush at this. He (or her if you want extra nightmares from Hazbin or Helluvaboss's additional side universe) would just be dumbfounded and why did I bring up she? Because even the upcoming fan game from Mr. Taker's catalog has a better design of him(/her) then a mobile game I came across with him and many other mythical, and biblical people as nothing more than your generic Leiser Suit Larry gals! We have become cringe itself!!! X_X
The plus side to the CDi games is we got Arzette. Also, if Arin Hanson isn’t stubborn enough to try and beat Zelda's Adventure even when he was close to the ending but managed to beat Faces of Evil AND Wand of Gamelon, the latter with the infamous PRESENTATION CONTROLLER, you know it's the one not worth your time. Ever.
I liked Story Mode, but all of your points are valid. If the people who made Story Mode made it from passion then they could’ve made something amazing. Early and modern Minecraft youtube is proof that Minecraft can be used to tell good stories when the people telling them care.
Considering MCSM were the developers fav project to do at TellTale last I remember, I argue otherwise. They had a lot of fun on the project when working on it, taking in inspiration from the Minecraft community at the time when coming up with the story and certain plot elements added into it, so I argue there was care and passion there. And currently there’s the MSM remake in the works and looks to be freaking awesome, so there’s that to look forward to
@@starblade8719 Absolutely yeah. At least again, there’s the remake in the works, so definitely looking forward to see how they expand on the original story and so on by the team

One of my favorites cringe games I've found recently are the Dark Seed games. They have a genuinely great aesthetic thanks to H. R. Giger himself, but all that gets absolutely ruined by the fact that not only is the main character the biggest dork of all time, epically named "Mike Dawson", but the voice-acting and his general reaction to everything and everyone turns these "horror games" into the funniest comedies you'll ever experience.
@@beiwubsnsod7378 SH2 definitely has its cheesy acting, but the story it has is still timeless and layered to this very day. The Dark Seed games are basically "Mike Dawson fucks around for a few days to get an alien fetus out of his brain while being a local nuisance along the way." It's not very nuanced, so what you have left are some pretty cool visuals for the Dark World and dealing with Mike's often unintentionally pathetic personality.
To be honest, I remember when I gave Diddy Kong Racing DS a shot, I was expecting way worse with the way people were trashing it. And while I really dislike them replacing the minigames with those cheap DIY race tracks, it wasn't as bad as I was led to believe. The hovercraft controls aren't nearly as bad as people said they were, plus they also nerfed the octopus, making the bane of my childhood tolerable while also making the walrus a bit faster, making him somewhat of a challenge. (Still don't get why so many call him the hardest boss in the original when he's arguably the slowest)
Number 1 just makes me think one question: what the FAWKING FUCK HAPPENED TO THE ACTUAL MOBILE GAMES?! You know, Angry Birds, PvZ, Cut the Rope, you know the ACTUAL games to play mobily?! Guess fun, innovation, and accessibility just doesn't mix anymore because THEY'RE IN THE SAME HELL AS ALL THE OTHERS NOW!!! Ads, P2P, "free" gaming. And to quote a certain chortle and fury haver. "So, instead of being known and loved as who you are, you turn to shameless imitation for the sake of LESS EFFORT?!" I for one, didn't download a stupid ass cash grabs or the same shit with a different "look," I downloaded a great game... or so I thought..
Homie, the second you started seething with rage about micro-transactions and sponsorships, I knew I had to sub. It very much reminds me of when I wrote a 36 page rant about why I think Google needs to stop changing the logo. Sadly that rant is lost to the test of time, but god damn, they still keep changing the fucking logo
Honestly, I was expecting Mighty Number 9 to be number 1. The only reason I didn't think of mobile games is because of how heavily I disassociate them with gaming in my head.
I do appreciate you saying early on that "cringe" does not mean "worst of" Mainly because i actually like Minecraft Story Mode, despite everyone else hating it to death. Which is gonna be really funny when the Minecraft Movie makes people look back and say "Wait, was this actually good?"
Dang, I wasn't expecting things to get so real at the end with the Tiger Electronics and mobile game garbage dump rants but everything you did say needed to be said. Great job, Logan.
The phillips CD-I bit only has one thing I wanna clarify: Some sources say that Nintendo went behind Sony's back because the deal Sonic signed with them was....let's just say "economically moronic", involving games released on the Nintendo Playstation. Does this make Nintendo's decision to impulsively partner up with Phillips CD-I better? No, but context is important! That said...I'm open to being corrected if I misunderstood something about how it went down.
I saw some guy say that mobile games sucker you with dopamine and I must ask: What dopamine? There is barely any pleasure to be found in mobile games, most I get is glorified finger twiddling.
Hey Logan, if you're willing to take suggestions (and desiring a serious palette-cleanser after this topic), I've been thinking about a potential topic for a future countdown. Consider: *Top Ten Duos in Gaming* Showcasing those with supreme synergy, the premier pairs that dominate disaster through their titanic teamwork. Mario and Luigi. Banjo and Kazooie. Ratchet and Clank. So many phenomenal examples to pick from, and so many opportunities for gushing galore. (And on a fully more selfish note, a perfect excuse to get you to talk about my current obsession that is Sea of Stars. I just want it to be more widely recognized. Sabotage Studios absolutely deserves every bit of recognition for their masterpiece that claimed 2023 Indie Game of the Year.)
Another problem with DKR DS: What the Hell did they do to Tiny?? Her design in this remake still bothers me to this day. Rare wasn't done with their trend of "tall attractive blonde" female (Candy, Berri, DK64 mermaid) and did that to Tiny. I remember saying I preferred her DK64 design over her DKR DS design on Twitter, got called a pedo because of it.
“You’re bad, and that’s Bad, you will never be good and that’s not good, there’s no game I’d rather play then Connect Fork in Wall Socket.”
*Brilliant Writing Logan, as usual.*
His usage of analogies is amazing (I think that’s the right term)
“You’re cringe, and that’s not based, you will never be based, and that’s definitely cringe. There’s no game I’d rather play than not playing The Game.”
**Dies of cringe**

And it's why I hate how now that's how they're marketed for the game because the new Box Art is just unsettling to me because of it.
I couldn’t agree MORE with your number 1 pick. That shit pisses me and my brother off the exact same way my dude and even more because sometimes we see trailers for really cool anime games and then we find out they’re on mobile and we both just yell out FUCK! Long story short me and my brother are with you 100% 👍🏻.
I mean, simply because it is a Mobile Game doesn't make it inherently bad, it all depends on how it was created.
@toumabyakuya , in my experience, any game advertised that is also on mobile is bad 100% of the time
@@Doublemonk0506 In my experience it is a matter of who makes the games. Games like Duel Links, AFK Arena and ML:A have shown to me that good Mobile games are possible.
We still have some cool mobile games. Mario Run, Pokemon Go, Pikmin Bloom. We got that. Gems among the shit,
Even mobile games I ENJOY aren't free of money gauging shlock!
Actually, the Larry in BOB and MCL isn't the usual protagonist, Larry Laffer, but his younger nephew, Larry Lovage.

What’s worse about story mode is now we can’t even call it the worst Minecraft media anymore
And we can thank Warner Bros for that one…
The biggest sin that “movie” has committed is making me actually miss Story Mode
The movie is yet to come out to even let that be confirmed
And I'm going to wait

Story Mode is good. Ya’ll are seething.
The worst part about Mobile games is corprations like Rovio INTENTIONALLY remove the good games like Angry Birds to replace it with slop, so you can't even get those old games anymore while being FORCED to play the slop.

Hell, even one of my FAVORITE games on the phone, Fire Emblem Heroes, is now being exposed as a gacha cash cow. i hope it goes well
I guarantee you the game is gonna get taken down somehow
@maxwellmegagamer8535 I doubt that. The plan is to make the game available offline, and I doubt the fans would try this if it getting taken down was a concern.
Besides, as far as I'm concerned, you automatically forfeit the rights to your IP the very instant you try to involve it with crypto.

cause it's brilliant
You know, considering how a show like Bottom was remembered well, despite it being a rather crass comedy, involving two pathetic, down-on-their-luck flatmates, concocting hair-brained schemes to get laid, only to fail and beat eachother up afterwards, I can certainly understand where the appeal of Leasure Suit Larry comes in.
Hell, Johnny Bravo pretty much had a similar presence and it's remembered as a CN classic, so... Eh. You win some, you lose some.
You know my man, of all the old list creators from back in the day, im glad youre one of the few who actually stuck around.
With Diddy Kong DS remember Microsoft owns the rights to Banjo & Conker, and was still in competition with Nintendo.
No, the worst thing was the changes to gameplay like what they replaced the silver coin challenge with.
I’ll say this about the Zelda CDI games- at least we got Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore out of them.
It's actually a GOOD game.
I know one of the voice actresses in that. She said it was a blast to record.

You know what makes Sonic Shuffle even worse?
It was made by Hudson Soft who also did the
first eight Mario Party games.
this was mentioned in the video?
We’re here for fun.”

I… I came here for fun.
This isn't even worth 50 FUCKING Cents!"
Also, that small piece of footage (which probably took more effort to find & edit in than it was for the Developer to actually MAKE the game) you got of the Farmer feeding his White Cat some Cow Milk was genuinely funnier to watch than this JOKE Game!
You showing that one part of Starfox Command with Krystal calling Fox a loser was actually physically painful, there is no joke.

Not saying he's wrong, but with the Minecraft movie coming out, perhaps Minecraft Story Mode will be seen in a more positive life
1:52 Oh god, I can recognize that game even while it’s blurred
Didn’t expect this.
Should be a reeeal interesting watch, though
Best way to experience sports? Find the associated Mario Spinoff (R.I.P. Mario and Sonic at the Olympics...)
Honestly, I was expecting Mighty Number 9 to be number 1. The only reason I didn't think of mobile games is because of how heavily I disassociate them with gaming in my head.
I do appreciate you saying early on that "cringe" does not mean "worst of"
Mainly because i actually like Minecraft Story Mode, despite everyone else hating it to death.
Hearing you roast mobile games was music to my ears.
I saw some guy say that mobile games sucker you with dopamine and I must ask: What dopamine? There is barely any pleasure to be found in mobile games, most I get is glorified finger twiddling.
When the world needed him most, HE RETURNED
Hey Logan, if you're willing to take suggestions (and desiring a serious palette-cleanser after this topic), I've been thinking about a potential topic for a future countdown. Consider:
*Top Ten Duos in Gaming*
Showcasing those with supreme synergy, the premier pairs that dominate disaster through their titanic teamwork.
I've had that written down for a while. Could end up doing it someday.
Oh God. I _played_ the first Leisure Suit Larry as a kid. I didn't even know what most of it _was,_ I just liked fucking around with the text parser.
I have legit never seen someone hate minecraft story mode this much
“Heart……shaped butt check” gets me every time 21:32
Fawful’s minion shadow drop!? LET’S GOOOOOO
Allegedly the redesign was done by Nintendo and not Rare themselves.
