    Thank you for the wonderful and encouraging tips in this series. I have never heard of alopecia until I lost a good chunk of hair near my left temple.i had no idea what it was or how to deal with it. You are a true inspiration. And a very very beautiful women. Thanks to you I now know that I can do some things to help overcome this and these tips will also improve my overall health in general. 😘😍

    So is aloe vera good for your hair loss. Do you know or what you use to grow your bald spot back. I have the same thing on same place.

    So I have alopecia areata and I get over stressed and I have insomnia, is that a bad combo, any tips anyone?
