i picked up a complete Bosch table saw with all the accessories and the zero gravity lift stand from a local pawn shop for $150. so much better then my previous saw.
The craftsman 10in table saw is very good its 269 on Amazon rite now.and its got alots of Adjustments and it's got a rack opinion fence and its had folding legs
Your fingers are worth a hell of a lot more than the $2000 you will spend for a Saw stop. Don't even consider anything that can cut off your fingers. Saw stop has cool technology that has saved thousands and thousands fingers and countless woodworking careers.
I agree, if the buyer can afford it. However, with proper use table saws are safe to use. I know the saw can cut off my fingers so I operate it with that in mind.
