I do indeed have other priorities. For me it's more about collecting. Then it is more nice to have the original controller. Just to try and see if everything works, I'm not going to lug around a CRT.
Depends on your perspective. As a kid, I sometimes had to suffer playing games on a 13-inch black and white TV. It was not great. The dream for me back then was to play my Atari on a huge color screen, but those were cost prohibitive and you needed a fair bit of open space to have one. Flat panel displays solve this problem, and they can be huge too, which is great. If you’re looking for a complete “retro” experience then yes, get a CRT, but if you just want to play your favorite games on a better TV, pick up a nice, big flat panel. Missile Command at 60 inches is incredible!
Nice pick up! Don't be too quick to pack it away. There are a lot of hours of fun to be had there.
It hasn't been put away yet. I'm going to try some more games.
But not with a cheap LCD TV
My guess is it goes on a shelf and collects dust until our children have children.
You guessed right! (Except for the dust)
I love it you channel will grow and grow if you post cool content
Thank you. I certainly hope so.
@@gespy Idea for next vid "N64 Kit"
A N64 would be nice indeed!
You're worried about a third party controller but you're playing on an LCD. Your priorities are out of alignment.

@@gespy understandable. my CRT hasn't moved in a decade.. your resolution will suffer on that lcd tho
