Adobe needs to offer one-time licenses for people outside supported Creative Cloud countries.... @Terry White maybe you can pass that up? Get this Ugandan the Adobe they crave!! It would be nice to see a bigger community, it would invite a lot more diverse content to the world. Who knows how much talent is laying in wait for the opportunity...
