Rebecca is a passionate Singer-Songwriter/Vocal coach/mentor /impressionist/photographer/creative junkie /self- development lover not a hater.
“I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well, maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2016. However, despite not being able to walk for a few weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and try to practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…we are all specks of dust…Also, thank you for all your support. It means a lot. I have suffered from anxiety from the past and self-confidence, (yeah hard to see now right) didn’t think I was ‘good, or worthy enough’ but I feel I have a new lease of life, don’t really care as much and want to show you guys what I have! : ) You are all awesome and without you, there would be no channel.
I watched another angle of this and he doesn’t take his eyes off her when she is singing. Such a emotional and tender moment almost feel like your invading something very personal xxx

Bradley Cooper is sitting at the concert having a drink, then he's asked to go on stage... and sing with Lady Gaga... not warmed up, not rehearsed, unfamiliar equipment and sounding and he fricken nails it. Crazy.
Oh of course it was rehearsed. It was a practice for the Oscar. Sitting together etc. She's not gonna be calling him up without his OK
@@jumpforjoy6 there's no evidence to support that claim! Obviously Gaga & team knew she was going to do it, but nothing about Bradley suggests he had any clue in advance. If you see the footage of him as she starts talking about him & he realises what she's doing, he even goes for his water bottle so at least he's had a drink/doesn't have a dry mouth as he goes on stage. If it was planned, he would have done that when the guitar started & before the lights were up & on him. Same with the ending when she's introducing her dancers & him at the end, it's obvious he had no idea.
It does certainly look like he might have used some of the stuff that worked in this performance when choreographing what they would do at the Oscars, but that doesn't mean he planned this. The sitting together, his arse is hanging off the seat cause it's not even big enough for 2 people! Not hard to fix that if planned so his leg muscles don't have to work like hell.
It's also EXTREMELY normal for those in the industry with an impro background to pull each other up on stage with no notice & mess with each other in a fun way & it works MUCH better done that way than planned & attempted fake surprise. Good actors thrive on the challenge of being thrown in the deep end like this & enjoy being on both ends of it
@@billybob042665 it's pretty clear if you look at videos that show him throughout her intro that he doesn't realise what's about to happen. He honestly seems to be expecting it less than the crowd, not sure why he hadn't clicked when the crowd had, maybe relates to conversations that had occurred prior to the show? but it's pretty obvious from his face that he wasn't expecting it. Also obvious from how he acted at the end
@Ned Kelly yes I do understand how good an actor he is, which is why I know he would have no trouble being thrown into a situation like this. Why would you think she wouldn't put him on the spot? First scene they did together in filming ASIB, he impro'ed new lines to put her on the spot & left her in tears not knowing what to do/how to handle it. Half the movie was impro & all the songs were sung live in front of real audiences, without the audience expecting it, he LOVES this stuff! Why wouldn't she do it to him & give him that adrenaline rush high?

His entire face just drops in shock lol you can see him thinking "oh s***"" & then trying to figure out in his head what to do next.
Just doesn't make sense to start with for her to tell him in advance & all the signs say he didn't know, so why think zebras when you hear horse hooves?
@@lilaclizard4504 It was absolutely rehearsed and prepared. That's why he was there, and that's why she knew he was there. These are world-class performers; they are always performing. Do you buy for one second they aren't prepared to perform at an event like this? Truly naive. He's a professional because of how he prepares, not because he's good at improvisation. He was 100% aware of and ready for this. And that's a compliment to him, by the way.
They'll be singing "Shallow" at the Oscars too. 🤙🤙🤙😎

I love LOVE these two so much. The chemistry is REAL!!! He’s so damn talented!!!! He’s NEVER sang live before this and they are singing at the Oscars!!!!!! This was like a dress rehearsal

What they created together is so chilling. No matter what they win or don't win, this movie and it's music telling a story will forever be epic. The bar has been raised by these two.

I watched this video yesterday and several times, and it's crazy how they are accomplices, the looks , the smiles .. when Bradley doesn't stop watching Lady gaga when she sings .. it's just wonderful ♥
In this timeline pride and depression didn't get the best of him and Jackson finally made it to Ally's concert and they sang Shallow together...

I was out on the road and Lady Gaga came on the radio and I heard her for the first time back in 2009. One song and I knew I had to find out more about her as a performer and hear her songs. A completely worthy investment of time. She is a great performer, singer, and musician.
I can’t believe that those two aren’t a couple! They’ve got such amazing charisma together. Love this reaction!
I've seen the movie a half dozen times and I still get goosebumps when I hear this song. The soundtrack from that movie is pure perfection. I grew up in the 80's and 90's, so I remember the profound impact "The Bodyguard" had in society and on Whitney's legacy. I really think that this song, along with "I'll Never Love Again," will become the "I will Always Love You," and "I Have Nothing," for this current generation.
If you haven’t seen the Streisand/Kristofferson version, it’s worth a view.
I love how you said "They're acting right?" Because the chimestry between them is so amazing that seems like they are playing the part, when in reality is just their real feelings.

I agree with u about being one of the best songs ever 100% It give u honestly an indescribable feeling. Actually every song in the movie made me cheer and feel every note and lyric... its insane. I write music and poems and I haven't felt this way about a body of music or art since maybe the last Michael Jackson album. TRULY INCREDIBLE.

Lady Gaga is so freaking good how tactfully she supported Bradley on stage, leading from one step behind, making an effort to step down from her superstar status to make him equal... that's unsurpassed execution of heart-felt respect. So humbling. So humane. Can't get any better.

This performance takes on another level after learning Cooper, like Jackson Mane, has heading loss. Gaga knows what the audience doesn't know so she makes sure he's set up properly before they sing. Really digging their kinship

@@numbers7n I know!😢 But every making of 'A STAR IS BORN" has the same thing the original one is so good but every remake is just a little different but the leading man in the movies was always an alcoholic ☹️ but the story line is basically the same in all of them!😢 just in different area's! I was around 7yrs or so when I saw "A STAR IS BORN" WIth BARBRA STREISAND& KRIS KRISTOFFERSON and it's still just a great guilty pleasure for me LOL!! 😜😋

I've loved Lady Gaga from day 1. She's super talented and watching her so effortlessly slide into acting only further demonstrates how amazing she really is. I love watching Rebecca's videos because she expresses exactly the same feelings that I get when I watch someone perform who gives me the goose bumps.

I totally agree with you when you say this song is something very special. I'm paraphrasing (is that the word?) but I definitely feel this song as a whole is going to live longer than most would expect.

Completely agree with everything you said!! Soundtrack still going strong in the car!! Lady Gaga’s voice sends chills, can’t believe for years all I saw was costumes and gimmicks!! I learnt a good lesson after watching this movie, my eyes were opened 🥰
And I'm so glad you did. I've been a low key little monster for nearly eight years. My eyes were opened once I discovered Gaga's acoustic renditions that she'd often do while on the media circuit. If you haven't already starting going through the back catalog in depth, I highly recommend checking out her acoustic versions of Paparazzi and Poker Face (particularly the radio version of Paparazzi where she looks like a pirate and the late night show version of Poker Face she did in I think Sweden or something wearing a hair bow). Her piano version of Hair on Tarata (Paris late night show) with her hair caught in a model Eiffel Tower is also stunning, especially when she's asked seemingly off the cuff to sing a little in French). Also I highly recommend her Stefani Germanotta era work, particularly Captivated/Electric Kiss, Wonderful, Red and Blue, and No Floods. Amazing. You could tell she was a natural born talent.

Mine too. I told my niece yesterday, that I am obsessed with Stefani Germanotta, aka, Lady Gaga. I call her Stefani, because the first interview she did, that I saw anyways, that's what she said her name was.
She kicked butt at the Superbowl halftime, but I usually don't listen to anything but 98.7 The Wind. Gospel Music. But I love her, I live her music, I feel her story growing up. I just think she is one of the most beautiful, bravest, kind hearted and loving person I've ever seen in the world of art and music a film. There's not a fake thing about her soul , her spirit.
My niece said, " you're just now figuring this out??", 😂😂 @51 years old, I've missed alot of great music, time for me to have a serious music marathon with her music. Much love and happiness to all y'all.

It's interesting watching her reaction to him singing whenever they perform this live, particularly here, like she's just kneeling there just hypnotised and looking like the proudest person in the room at this guy when you consider the performance she delivers herself every night. Can tell how supportive they are of each other stepping outside of their comfort zone and in to the others world.
Shallow will go down as one of the best songs. The chemistry between Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper is just so open and honest. It’s raw emotion and it can’t be denied. I wouldn’t want to be her or his partner at this time....it’s just raw talent and admiration ♥️
On a Facebook video of this shared somewhere, someone commented "I wonder if Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga realize they're in love with each other" and I feel like it's honestly so true. Their chemistry is amazing, look at them. There are other videos with better angles where you can see them together more clearly, they're just great.

Her voice is just Goosebumps. I agree with you that 'shallow' and 'Always remember us this way" are clearly the top songs - acknowledging other superb singer/song writers and not taking anything away from their musicianship and contribution. Yet those 2 songs have everything, the lyrics that pierce your heart, emotions consistent with words and melody and stellar performers.
You can tell it's genuine and love towards one another. It's very beautiful.

Absolutely my favorite music from her is this whole album! A single dad of 3 amazing daughters and every time I see this movie I bawl lol it’s beautiful tragic and the entire soundtrack thru is truly epic! Honestly I didn’t care for her music until this but LOVE this type from her! Epic!
The way you felt about this song, movie and soundtrack was the way I felt when I watched the Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson version. The chemistry was palpable. One of my top 3 movies. This version was great too. Understand where you are coming from.
