It’s the old dilemma of loading/unloading wagons on scene. One way would be to have one track for loaded trucks, which are taken to be emptied. Then the empty trucks appear in the second siding for dispatch, the third bay could be just for loco stabling. Only a thought, much easier to run a petroleum or box van/car type of layout.
