At 9 years in 76 i was at my older cousins house on a summer holiday. Through that holiday i went through his record collection. THIS cover stood out. KYTL was the first Sabbath song i heard and its still my favourite song. OTHER WORDLY. Images of Roger Dean SCI FI art run through my brain. Imagine being 9 years old and in a trance. Thank you SABBATH.
I believe it was Rob Zombie who said, "Every metal riff that's ever been written, Black Sabbath already wrote it. Everyone else is just playing it faster or slower, or changing it up a little bit".
Tommi’s riffs always amaze me and give me a sense of joy because of how simple they are and yet so powerful, good, amazing, whatever word you want to use. I love Pantera, Dimebag was a genius guitarist but Tommi is an old school riffer that can not be beaten.
Great reaction friend, that was from "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath". 5th Studio album and first one they produced on their own, Debatable, but seen by many as their best,(you'll see the comments). Most people think this or the next album "Sabatoge" was their best ever. I prefer to think of one long ten year project.Through No.6 they were all platinum. No one ever did that before them.
Damn! All my music i grow up with and lived thru for 50+ years despite being what i still mostly listen to today, thx to these utter fun reactioners i reconsider many songs and get a fresh start thru their joy and make me realise that... I may had too much to choose from and an array of utter greatness slipped by due to overload choices during the 70&80's.... This song for one always been good but lately grown into a new level, from damn good to godammit i cant contain myself. TNT is a topreactioner, bring wifey and it get even better. So my appreciation to you is sending one heart each ❤️ 💥 ❤️
3 people disliked this reaction video. I would love to see their reasons why. I'm 52 , I've been listening to Sabbath for what? 40 years. I like this young man has to say.
This right here is my favourite Sabbath song man! Your videos are the most enjoyable to watch. Just someone who truly loves music, no crappy graphics or trying to be a star just a pleasure to listen music with
'A National Acrobat' is another great Sabbath song from Sabbath Bloody Sabbath you should check out. Thanks for covering more old school Sabbath w/ Ozzy...love your reactions!
So much of their music is extremely relevant today. Not just musically of course but the lyrics, the words hit the nail on the head in our world still today!
Tony Iommi thinks this album is Sabbath's peak. The next album, "Sabotage" is maybe my favorite. The album is full of anger brought on by management stealing millions from them.
1st time i saw Sabbath in 1979 Van Halen and the Ramones opened. Bottles were thrown and the ramones swore they would never play San Bernadino gain. It was a a helluva show.
I cherish this whole album (all their albums really, but this one especially). SABBATH BLOODY SABBATH!!! I can rarely just listen to one song. It's gotta be start to finish! National Acrobat might be my favorite on the album. That or Sabbra Cadabra.
No voice box, No voice synthesizer. All true music. Ozzy is one of the best. On the lighter side, we can understand him when he sings but, when he talks, we say, hey what? =D I love this channel. Keep it going, \m/
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath was brought out in 1973, possibly their best album commercially , some would cite Paranoid, but they really defined the sound around this time
I have been fortunate enough to see Black Sabbath with Ozzy dio and Tony singing Tony Martin was a whole different sound of Sabbath tyr was such a great album. You should check it out maybe do Odin's Court / Valhalla and I'm still waiting on you to do megadeth looking down the cross
The wall of sound Black Sabbath, no one can re-create the sound of the original line up, Ozzy, Tony, Geezer and Bill. followed them since I was 14, soon to be 64. Saw them live in 1978, Jacksonville Coliseum, Fl USA, backing band was Van Halen. $6 for the ticket. I was serving in the Royal Navy at the time. I now live in Tasmania and saw them in Melbourne and in Sydney on their final tour.
Wow. This is leap in listening to Black Sabbath. A great request. But, the journey may have more to it. Jump back to something like Into the Void, maybe then to Snowblind, onto Hole in the Sky. I've been to a number of Black Sabbath concerts. The early ones were wild. Note the last concert series played mainly their older stuff.
Oh yeah. I've seen them several times but most I don't remember. Substances. I do recall walking around the arena and watching from behind the stage. Geezer was playing while continually benfing back and forth from his waist, making his hair sling forward and back in a constant motion. Ozzy was just as profane on stage in 70 as he might have been last year. 😉 I loved it.
Another excellent video!! I'm glued to their first four albums. I need to listen more to Sabbath bloody Sabbath and technical ecstasy which I have. I remember seeing Sabbath at the Montreal forum with Dio fronting. A sort of riot started when we fans DEMANDED yet another encore. I remember people ripping up their seats etc... The music was incredible! Hey it was Black Sabbath!!😀
Black Sabbath, Paranoid, Master of Reality, Vol.4, and finally this: Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. But it didn't end here - their mastery of their style never ceased to impress.
This song kicks serious ass. Every sabbath show I've seen has been awesome. Ozzy and Dio. They rule. Wish I saw Tony Martin he is a really good singer and sounded great with them.
I saw Tony Martin with Sabbath 4 times. He was pretty good. They needed him on stage to perform the Dio Sabbath songs, which he did fairly well. Of course, he also recorded 5 albums with Sabbath over the years which yielded some decent tracks (I thought).
Black Sabbath black Sabbath is a monster I saw Ozzy and Sabbath perform this in Liverpool in early 70s and I became my mother's most favourite child what a fuckin band they are the true pathway to rock and metal bands that exist today
Great recommend the Sabotage album from Sabbath Megalomania, Symptom of the Universe, The Writ, The Thrill of it All the whole album a masterpiece try it wont regret it.
I told him before dude....the same thing you said....he will regret it if he don't....i suggest he do the whole album and then go blow his load....if he hadn't already after he cranks it !!!!!!! headphones at volume 10 ....SOME PRIMAL OZZY...HEART AND SOUL VOCALS !!!!!..sounds like ANGELS !!!
Released to North America in December 1973, this is a true gem of Sabbath perfection. Less doom and bass than their last two offerings, their 5th LP release was nevertheless typical Sabbath with an element of progressive heavy rock with Who Are You and of course Spiral A. A great album and one that was recorded in a 400 yr old mid-England castle at a time when both Geezer Butler and Tony were suffering from writers block and out of ideas. Until the lead track came to them. And the rest is history.
OZZY , says.....SMOKE IT....GET HIGH....you know what I'm sayin 'T'....????? This song is off of the Sabbath Bloody Sabbath album ...their 5th album.....T, you have to listen to the title track on here.....''SABBATH BLOODY SABBATH''..or..''A NATIONAL ACROBAT'' ..don't be afraid !!!!
I have always thought of Black Sabbath very much as a heavy jazz ensemble the quartet lots of improvisation riffs and change in tempo in their tracks so awesome
For my first job in the early 80's I used to deliver the newspaper at 4.00 am with this playing on an old boombox strapped to my bike, wake up!......Could you do a reaction to the title track ?
Great Review, great Black sabbath choice. Im 61 years old and my first of many shows i have seen with Sabbath was in late 70s at Madison square garden and original lineup Van Halen opened for them. Sabbath Live is sonicly intoxicating.
I saw Sabbath at Ozzfest three times; 2001, 2004, and 2005. They were incredible. They were outdoor shows and people were making pretty good sized bonfires in the lawn throwing in whatever trash, or weed, they had. The music was so loud that each time Bill hit a drum you could physically feel it. I don't smoke but if I said that I left the concert sober I'd be lying. Also, when I went the first time my dad took me and a friend, we were 13...
Originally named The Polka Tulk Blues Band! Well also EARTH...some great songs out there under this name. This is a great album,. Sabbath Bloody Sabbath has to be my favorite , so many layers to that song. It is a must listen to hear their musicianship...and a bit of their heavier side
Dear fellow Sabbath brother, I'm pretty sure Geezer Butler wrote all the lyrics for all their songs. Ozzy is great, but somehow, not a poet. Love this comment section community.
@@ericmoore6769 You are 100% correct. Geezer and Tony did all the song writing until Dio joined the band. Obviously, Dio contributed a tremendous amount of songwriting talent. Iommi himself has said in numerous interviews that the band's songwriting options really opened up when Dio joined.

There is a few things that make me feel so proud to be English, and Black Sabbath is one of them 🇬🇧💜💜💜💜

Damn I can’t believe you are playing this, the album this is off of is a masterpiece.
🔥🔥🔥
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath is a masterpiece! But so are all of the albums from '70-'76. I still struggle to pick a favourite lol!
@@AmarettoSour710 i'm a huge sabbath fan and i can't pick a favorite either, they all have something unique
My favorite sabbath track is somewhere in their monster catalog
Into the Void and Under the Sun are great early Sabbath tunes but honestly their first 5 albums are full of masterpieces.🎸
FIRST 6 ALBUMS.....SABOTAGE IS THE HARDEST AND THE BEST !!!!!!!
Their first 6 albums are all classics, but imo even their last two albums with Ozzy have some gems on them.
@S sorry I like Dio but Sabbath without OZZY isn't Sabbath, I love Gillan but it wasn't sabbath, Purple without Gillan wasn't Purple.
First 6 !!

By farrr your reactions are the most genuine! Can tell you really dig Sabbath! Best band ever!
Sabbath is the best. Thet are my favorite band, of all time
This song still gives me Goosebumps
What a unique voice Ozzy had. So clear hitting highs and lows.
I love bills backseat, and when tony double tracks, he plays 2 different but similar solos...ozzys voice was on point, geezer was the glue
Lovely to see someone enjoy their Sabbath
My favorite Black Sabbath song is from the same album. The track “A National acrobat”. 👍
Won! Sabbath's records 😀❤😎🎸sr. TONY IOMMI is fantastic! 😀👏👏👏👏
Tony Iommi,King of all riffs.
I believe it was Rob Zombie who said, "Every metal riff that's ever been written, Black Sabbath already wrote it. Everyone else is just playing it faster or slower, or changing it up a little bit".
Yeah! He pretty much created all the riffs that 80's or younger metal bands play now.
@@josephbarr1659 I didn't know he said that. That's really cool!
Tommi’s riffs always amaze me and give me a sense of joy because of how simple they are and yet so powerful, good, amazing, whatever word you want to use. I love Pantera, Dimebag was a genius guitarist but Tommi is an old school riffer that can not be beaten.

Tony Iommi ✔️
“You think that I’m crazy and baby I know that’s it’s true” my favorite part

Completely agree
National acrobat
This it's my favorite Black Sabbath song.
This album is my favorite, Sabbath bloody sabbath... lyrically i live it, every day bruddah...
Yeah, and lyrics are perfect with music. Even though they are dramatic and music is so bright, it's all very true. Little boy blue's a big girl now :)
