You are able to do 10 - 12 repetitions with 150 kg of shoulder, but when you have to leave the 25 kg on the ground you are not able to bend down a little and leave them correctly. As Warren does, for example. For the rest, keep training like this, I hope you enjoy the trip and the training.
Its bumper plates tho, not real steel plates. But i get it can be annoying when someone drops their weights. Its a very fast way to get them of the bar if you want to drop set, especially if you are alone. And btw Branch doesnt give a single shit about the weights he just lifts and lifts.

And I will say this: the few bodybuilders I have ever spoken with have been respectful polite nice guys. You know, they know they're sexy and I know I'm little and they are not out to push anyone around or belittle people, they do it for themselves. for my part, I do my absolute best not to break out in a sweat or stare at them with my jaw dropped open and it's all fine. we all get along.

how are they allowed in Sweden??? They have the strictest steroid laws to the point if youre considered too big or manly the police will drug test you on the streets. Its the reason why Jay Cutler never went there. Am I thinking of another European country?? Any Swedes wana chime in here?

Can't believe that they dare to go open in the streets with tight jackets or tank tops.. if the cops see you, it's done.. x) Only use big fluffy clothes so you don't see any muscle seperations when walking in the streets! In the gym it's somewhat ok, no one would call on you.. If you don't act like a fucking beast/maniac ofc. I hope they were smart and was 'off' the gear this visit. I'm a swede : >

Just choose a gym where the PED policies are loose and you're fine.
