    Their form is picked on so much by so many people, but their mind- muscle connection is so advanced, the quick reps they do actually lets them get a better pump and burn!

    Matt lehr used to work out at my gym in Houston. In this video next to branch he looks normal but he's freakin MASSIVE in person. Probably just because he's so tall and with that much muscle it makes him look even bigger.

      What made me laugh was the weights they where using where not that heavy and they still had to jerk them around. I would rather have 6 full range of motion done to failure than a 12 half jerk reps. WTF?

      @@bbrockRailFan It's a different style. What they call is "heavy weights for high reps". Obviously, something has to give. In this case it's the range of motion. But for a pump 12 jerk reps are better than 6 full stroke ones.

    I am amazed these guys dont have more injuries of course they are all still pretty young. I have seen some funky form in my time but this takes it to a whole new level.

    their form is actually ok except on a few standard grip rows it seems like they can't reach full ROM but I believe that's because they're so heavily muscled.

    isn't their training more power lifting than BB? are they really going for the squeeze? what about time under tension?

      imho if you are starting out as a fresh gym newbies its still best to follow the strict text book form, once you are at these guys level just simply moving the weights with the help of momentum still get you the pump..infact these guys are not building any new muscles tissues..they just merely maintaining whats already there
