Noraly, Itchy Boots we hope you are getting better day by day and the Itchy Army want you back as soon as you are well enough to be back safely. We will miss you a lot but looking forward to your return 😘😘 Jon 🇦🇺WA
Noraly is the real Wonder Woman. Awesome to hear her in these ABR interviews after watching well over 577 videos. Learned new tidbits of info. Though I already knew her answer, my favorite question was: James - Can you choose the perfect destination or your favored type of riding? Noraly - "For me anywhere where there's no people I suppose". Priceless. Thanks for posting ABR! Peace!
I have also watched Noraly's entire YT library and actually knew her answers to the questions posed. The one that surprised me was about her Honda CF 300 that it was trash, I thought she would be more partial to it given the abuse she's put it through. But her answer to (riding) anywhere where there is no people, I totally agree. I do not ride, but I travel & hike and my greatest moments have been in my own company. PS: Because I do not ride, I do not know my fellow country man, Ryan F9; I am here only because Noraly was at this festival.
Please, please, please bring our Noraly back next year 🙏 There's this army of us 'Itchybooters' longing to 'invade' the beautiful Ragley Hall.... let's pen it now.... "Itchybooters on Tour" 🙂
The 2 greatest on youtube sure. But there are some others alive who did these kind of trips way before internet, without navigation systems, phones etc.
Well...what to say!...this was one of the best "conversatories" I saw...with two of the best youtube motorcycle riders of the entire world!...really awesome to have them together!. Thank you!!
Great Great Video. 2 of my favorite Motorcycle UA-camrs at once. Noraly is just a Legend in her own Category. She’s in a League of her own. The Ultimate Adventure Rider. Ryan I’d my go to for Technical Information and updates on different Motorcycles. He doesn’t hold back and is completely honest about whatever faults they have. 2 Legendary Riders. This was Great, and you were a Great Host asking All the right questions.👍👍❤️
I like that Noraly isn't too polished and seems like she would be more comfortable on her motorcycle in Africa than sitting in front of a large group. This adds to her awesomeness in my opinion.
THE most anticipated interview, with BOTH Ryan and Noralee, BUT THE VOLUME LEVELS made it unintelligible! TALK ABOUT MISSING THE OPPORTUNITY OF A DECADE!
Ryan had his mouth so close on the microphone that he was over modulating/over driving the mixer and the microphone, distorting them both. This is as much the fault of the "sound man" at the mixer as it is Ryan's poor microphone technique. I would have physically pulled the mic away from Ryan's mouth. I watched this on television and the TV mix was spot on other than Ryan eating the mic. Next time hire and PAY for a qualified sound person!!! The TV screen on stage was a total distraction! 25+ years sound man here.
How can you present F9 before Itchy Boots in your intro on stage?? Ladies first, you know..... great great video. Thanks for sharing. Two of my favorite role models of biking.... (I ride a BMW R1200GS!!!!) BTW you need a new sound guy....
Congratulations on a outstanding festival, great fasilites, great entertainment, great food, GREAT WEATHER! Great price, superb staff, great trails. All round fantastic! The trails.... I came a long way with my "Adventure" bike, that happens to be an enduro bike, with no rear pegs, I am a mature 55 year old trail rider from the Isle Of Man. I do have one big disappointment, NOT being able to enjoy the Jewel in the Crown of the ABR festival, the Bridgestone trail. I feel hard done by not even being able to see it just once. I most strongly feel that you need to rectify this for the future, there must be a sharing solution that can be found, how about the last hour or hour & a half let enduro bikes out, even if it was only on the Friday or Saturday afternoon. There was alot of disappointment enduro bike riders I spoke to. I managed to speak to them on the Saturday in particular because on the Saturday the TRF trail was littered with Adventure bikes falling off, getting stuck, causing blockages & queues all over the place. I have a bruise on my arm where I fell on one stuck in the bog of doom. They really should not have been there, now I don't mean to complain but if I cannot use their Bridgestone trail, why should they be allowed to spoil my trail! My objective is not to ban Adventure bikes from the TRF trail. My objective is to reinstate all bikes to all trails but if they can't mix on the Bridgestone trail then give us time schedule so people like me, civilised mature rider, can have the complete experience of what otherwise is an absolutely fantastic weekend of pleasure. X
@@zemelteef Or ask for a piece of clothing. Why? Here's an opportunity to ask someone who's been travelling for 10+ years, and this is the best they could think of?
Job opportunity sent me to Gujarat state of India. I visited most states of india, this one is the most boring, but there is the DESERT!!! ANd i fell in love, same like Itchy Boots
Noraly needs to go DJI Osmo Action. I have been shooting with DJI for the last 2 years on my channel and I have never lost a single clip with them. I have 3 dji cameras and they serve me 100% of the time on my videos. Time to throw those buggy Gopro's away. #Notsponsored
It seems a little strange how youtube keeps your audio down by 50% but when the commercial pops up its at 110%. Super great video other than its hard to hear.
Is there anywhere else when I can see this interview? Volume levels are all off and you can barely hear Noraly. Using headphones doesn't work because the interviewer voice gets too loud.
It is so interesting that Noraly said she likes to be in places where there are not people but in the same time she is fantastic to communicate with people she is like a magnet it is so hard not to follow her .
Great program. One suggestion: do some close-ups of the presenters as they speak. Just looking at the Bridgestone sign and their far away silhouettes is quite boring.
If you ask the same questions to 2 people with totally different jobs and lives , then you get an awkward interview like this. Noraly is free spirited world traveller and motorcycle adventurer. Ryan is a married filmmaker who works for a boss.
What the world needs is a series where Ryan and Noraly are partnered together for a journey across Australia and Tasmania. Except Noraly is a loaner, so most of the series is Ryan trying to catch up with or Find Noraly. So they're partners...but they're not. One chooses Route A for the leg of the trip, one chooses another. One chooses Bike A....and the other chooses a crap machine. They meet up at designated interesting locations. Some few weeks ago she was in UK at your festival and five months ago her journey through africa startet in Tanger/TangerMed in Marocco. So.......something doesnt fit together. Hm.....
Ryan F9 is my hero!!! And I ride and enjiy the stupidest cruiser ever. So I guess what you've said Is actually true . He has briught sexy physics even into the World of us, slow heavy, lazy, rubbish, custom bikers. And if you read the comments down below every FortNine video, even for people that does't even have a bike!!! That is more than REMARCABLE

Hopefully Noraly will be back next month. But please please forget Ryan, the guys a complete annoying prat. Did anyone really find him entertaining or funny.
if theres one thing i could wish for next years ABR its that they have a total ban on youtubers... and they curate some sort of decent music policy instead of the wedding bands they had this year
Shoulda gone to the HD 120 Anniversary, or the BMW 100 year anniversary for some Oomp Pa Pa bands. HD gets dookie for hiring anti American band Green Day for one of their concerts. Dave Grohl and FooFighters was great this year.
Season 6, episode 35 was the one which got me back on a motorcycle thanks to the awesome, the amazing, the one and only Noraly, 'ItchyBoots' Schoenmaker. I bought my second bike at the end of last July and now have just over 14,000 km on it all thanks to Noraly. I am now 72 years young. As for Ryan, his videos are fun and informative and great PR for FortNine, a very excellent Canadian support system for we who ride motorcycles and need to replace or add components to make our riding ever better. I experience excellent service and have purchased items which have made my riding more pleasant. This presentation at ABR is excellent. We get a good sense of who these amazing people are; smart, humourous and entertaining. Thanks for posting this. And, who can possibly resist Noraly's big grin. As for swearing, cursing, or blasphemy in videos, it's a turn off and I don't suggest it.
Using UA-cam as their medium of choice, both Ryan and Noraly are masters of the moto-narrative. Love to hear their opinions on how the business and art of using UA-cam may evolve/devolve and the fiscal and personal costs of production.
I'm watching Itchy boots and will finish every episode in time. I'll also take a look at Ryan's channel as well. Noraly has her mother's laugh and always seems to know how to handle the most difficult situations with grace. She leads with a smile and that opens doors where most of us would fear to tread. A writer finds their "voice" and then finds success. Noraly has found a way to record her travels and narrate with her inner voice and self talk...and it is interesting! Her language skills are fundamental to her success. She's a patient problem solver, one should never doubt her intellect. Go Noraly!
Thanks for posting this ABR! You've tweaked my interest in attending 2024. Thank you for getting the 2 greatest living legends of adventuring and motorcycle science on your POD. Loved it and always watch their channels.
The 2 greatest on youtube sure.

Having the right attitude is really Noraly strengths to conquer Africa. Her people skills are brilliant.
Wow2 of my fav. Bikers at one time....loved every second of it..thanks so much so cool!!!!!
Agree, and I think Noraly nailed it: when you get giggly by just looking at your bike and want to go ride - You bought the right machine for you.
Best bit. Noraly looking tickled pink at the start of the introduction brilliant
Brilliant! My two favourite presenters! Thank you!

I’m not an “adventure bike” rider but this I would have loved to have seen. Great segment and interview. Thanks for sharing
Great questions/ awesome answers.
Itchy boots what you see is what you get..
Thanks, nice to see them outside of their channels. Wish we could see them better, close ups and brigter lighting for the cameras.
Loved it! Thanks so much for doing this!
I am sure now every one wants to swap caps as a laugh. :) If I could I would have the Honda CRF 300 L & Rally,
I did see this live but knew id want to see this recordjng

Ryan F9 hitting on Noraly is UA-cam GOLD 😎
You are just beyond bad ass for sure!!!
12:30 when they turn up Itchy Boot's microphone and you can actually hear her. (oof)
Im totally the same, I love to ride where there are no people.
Would be nice to see either over here for TT, or event the Manx. Thanks for sharing this discussion.
Garmin Inreach .. Bivy Bag and a "First Aid Kit"

It sounded like Noraly revealed that her bike may need to be towed soon....by another bike....interesting...

What’s going on with the sound level, am I the only one who’s struggling to hear this with my volume at full tilt?
It's a shame about the audio mix. Otherwise, wow!
Bueno te esperamos en Chile Vico en la primera ciudad apenas cruzas la cordillera de Los Andes de echo mi ciudad lleva el nombre bienvenida
Noraly needs to name her next bike CHRISTINI AWD. Her little Honda has about had it.
we do have bergen its in noord holland .
Great program. One suggestion: do some close-ups of the presenters as they speak. Just looking at the Bridgestone sign and their far away silhouettes is quite boring.
QUESTION: What did they mean by showing Noraly TT ?????
Trading Tops....... Trading hats or caps.
Probably wearing a cap he got from the Isle of Man TT races. He wanted to swap it with hers.
I swear he said TT Cup?

Not really, when you consider how remote they like to go, and need for reliability and ease of getting spare parts when needed.
