Here is why Kennedy is interesting:
1. He has the best boarder protection plan. He spent a week at the boarder meeting with boarder patrol agents and experiencing first hand what they are up against to help lay the foundation of his plan. That is more time at the boarder than any other politician running.
2. He is the only politician talking about how Blackrock & Vangaurd are buying up all the single family homes and making it nearly impossible for average Americans to buy a home. He has a tax plan to make it harder for corporations to continue to do this.
3. As the lawyer that successfully sued and won against Monsanto he has a deep understanding of how corporate greed has allowed massive amounts of chemicals in our food - leading to a huge increase in cancer and chronic disease. He wants to have the same regulations on food that Europe has.
4. He is NOT anti-vax. He does not like that vaccines do not have the same protections and testing as regular drugs. He believes that people should be able to get vaccine. His wife and children choose to get vaccines. He just believes it should be a choice.
5. He is anti-war. He is against Hamas, pro isreal (which I am not), but he does NOT believe America should be funding war. He is the only candidate who is talking about the Minsk agreements and Americas pressure on Zelinsky to break those - which contributed to the Russia Ukraine war.
6. He is an advid protector of the environment and has an amazing record as an environmental lawyer.
7. He believes that a larger government funded study should be done to better understand gun violence in the schools to create a comprehensive plan to help ensure the safety of our children.
8. He is a free speech absolutist and strongly believe in the 1st amendment. He understands that censorship of any kind leads only to more censorship.
9. He encourages critical thought -something no other candidate is doing.
